Effective Methods of Technology Transfer

امروزه انتقال فناوري جديد و برتر به عنوان يكي از روش هاي حفظ مزيت رقابتي محسوب مي شود. كشور ما در زمره كشورهاي در حال توسعه قرار دارد و انتقال فناوري به عنوان راه ميانبري براي دستيابي به فناوري هاي روز به اين كشورها توصيه مي شود؛ به شرط آنكه فناوري واقعاً انتقال پيدا كند. با توجه به نرخ بالاي شكست پروژه هاي انتقال فناوري در بسياري از بنگاه ها،توجه به شناسايي عوامل بازدارنده و تسريع كننده جذب و توسعه فناوري از اهميت به سزايي برخوردار است. در اين مقاله پس از تعريف مفاهيم چندوجهي فناوري، توضيح داده شد كه فناوري به دو روش درون زا و انتقال از ساير كشورها قابل كسب است. فرايند انتقال فناوري شامل سه بخش عمده است: - انتخاب و كسب فناوري - انطباق، كاربرد و جذب فناوري - توسعه و انتشار فناوري. تلاش شد در ضمن توضيحات در مورد فرايند انتقال فناوري، عوامل موثر و موانع انتقال فناوري، ضرورت انتقال فناوري و تاثير آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي تبيين شود. عدم بومي سازي، يكي از دلايل اصلي ناموفق بودن فرايند انتقال فناوري است كه با بيان مهمترين دلايل عدم توفيق موسسات تحقيق و توسعه در بومي سازي فناوري هاي وارداتي به آن پرداخته شد. همچنين در راستاي دستيابي به موفقيت در انتقال فناوري شركت هاي گيرنده فناوري لازم است اقدام به جلب دانش ضمني آن نيز بنمايند. در پايان اهميت دانش ضمني و ضرورت بسترسازي براي انتقال دانش ضمني بيان گرديده است.

Technology Transfer be a shortcut of accessing new technology for developing countries (like ours), and to reach this goal, technology transfer process should completely considered. Getting familiar with preventive and movement factors of technology, will help to reduce the failure rate of technology tranfer. Upon providing a multi-aspect definition of technology, this paper intends to define two methods of accessing technology, one is transferring from other countries and the other is self accessing technologies. There are three major parts in technology transfer process: - Selection & obtaining of technology - Compliance, application and absorption of technology - Promotion & Distribution of technology It is tried to explain technology transfer process, effective factors, its obstacles, necessities and any effects of which in economic development. Lack of localization is one of the major reasons of failure in technology transferm which is considered by explaining the most important reasons which causes research & development institutes fail on localization process of imported technologies. Furthermore in order to find required success in technology transfer, it is a need of receiving companies of technology to manage finding tacit knowledge of it as well. Finally it is explained the importance of tacit knowledge and required fields for any transfer of knowledge.
