ابوعلي مُسكويه و خرد سياسي چندآوايي

Ibn Miskawayh and Polyphonic Political Wisdom

جاويدان خرد آميزه‌اي از متون گوناگون است. ابوعلي مُسكويه در اين مجموعه حكمت‌هاي متعددي از فرهنگ‌ها و افق‌هاي اجتماعي گوناگون را فراهم آورده است. آوا‌هاي متكثر جاويدان خرد، با محوريت عقلِ اخلاق‌بنياد، درواقع نوعي فلسفه عملي چندگانه را صورت‌بندي مي‌كنند. مسكويه با كنار هم قراردادن حكمت‌‌‌‌‌هاي ايراني، رومي، هندي، عرب پيش از اسلام، و عرب دوره اسلامي آرمان عقلي سراسرْ جهاني و ابدي را طراحي كرد و در وراي تمدن‌ها و ملت‌ها، شاكله‌اي انسان‌گرايانه را ترسيم كرده است. جاويدان خرد، به منزله متني چندآوايي، عرصه پذيرش «ديگري» است و بردباري سياسي و آموختن از «ديگري» را به مخاطب مي‌آموزد. در سراسر اين كتاب حضور ديگري ملموس است؛ ديگريِ عرب، ديگري هندي، ديگري رومي، ديگري يوناني، ديگري مسلمان، و ديگري نامسلمان. پذيرش ديگري چون مبتني‌بر اخلاق انسان‌گرايانه است، خرد مصلحت‌انديشِ سياست را از خشونت تهي مي‌سازد و به اين اعتبار، مرز دقيقي بين عقلانيتِ حكمت عملي جاويد و عقلانيت نهفته در سنت ريالپوليتيك برقرار مي‌شود. حكمت‌ عملي ابوعلي مسكويه براي ابتناي نظريه سياسي معاصر بر ميراث قدمايي ظرفيت‌هاي فراواني دارد. اين ظرفيت‌هاي نهفته را مي‌توان، در چهارچوب اقتضايات دوران، «آشكار» يا «بازنويسي» كرد.

Book of Eternal Wisdom (Ket?b al-Hekma al-??leda) is a text composed of different texts. Ket?b al-Hekma al-??leda as an Arabic translation of the Persian work J?vid?n ?erad comprised various Hikmats from different cultures and so many social horizons. Plural voices of Book of Eternal Wisdom, with the ethics-based Reason in core, in truth, formulated a kind of multiple practical philosophy. Ibn Miskawayh designated an image of a universal and eternal wisdom, and draw a humanistic schema beyond the cultural borders, collecting Iranian, Roman, Indian, pre-Islam Arabic and Islamic Arab heritage. Book of Eternal Wisdom as a polyphonic text is a realm of discovering the Other, promoting political tolerance and learning from the Other. Presence of the Other is an evident matter throughout the book; the Arab other, the Greek other, the Muslim other, and the non-Muslim other. Approval of the Other based upon a humanistic ethics, empties the realistic reason of politics from violence and then drives a concrete border between rationality of practical wisdom of the eternal and the rationality that we find in Realpolitik tradition. Ibn Miskawayh`s practical wisdom has so many potentialities for reconstructing the contemporary political thought on the Old tradition. It is possible to “express” or “re-write” these potentialities upon the contemporary situations.
