بررسي عوامل موثر بر ناكارآمدي تعاوني هاي مصرف در شهر كرمانشاه

A Study Factors Affecting Inefficiency Consumption Cooperatives in Kermanshah City

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل موثر بر ناكارآمدي تعاوني هاي مصرف در شهر كرمانشاه انجام گرفت. اين دسته از تعاوني ها كه با هدف تامين كالاهاي مورد نياز اعضا تشكيل مي شوند در سال هاي اخير نتوانسته نقش خود را به خوبي ايفا نموده و در بسياري از مواقع با از دست دادن جايگاه خود، ناكارامد نشان داده اند. براي بررسي اين مسيله دو دسته شامل عوامل درون سازماني و عوامل برون سازماني به عنوان عوامل موثر بر عملكرد تعاوني ها شناسايي شد. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه اعضاي تعاوني هاي مصرف شهر كرمانشاه در سه گرايش كارمندي، كارگري و فرهنگيان است و 240 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه-اي تصادفي متناسب انتخاب گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها نيز پرسشنامه بود كه روايي آن توسط اساتيد و كارشناسان وزارت تعاون و پايايي بوسيله آلفاي كرونباخ به تاييد رسيد. نتايج آزمون همبستگي نشان داد هر دو دسته عوامل داراي همبستگي منفي با ناكارآمدي تعاوني ها بوده ولي عوامل درون سازماني با مقدار 65/0- تاثيرگذاري بيشتري بر ناكارآمدي تعاوني هاي مصرف كرمانشاه دارند. هم چنين براي بررسي و مقايسه متغيرهاي مستقل با يكديگر از آزمون آناليز واريانس يكطرفه و آماره F استفاده شد كه عدم برابري اين متغيرها به وسيله آزمون آناليز واريانس مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. بر اساس يافته هاي دياگرام تحليل مسير بجز متغير قانون تعاون ساير متغيرهاي مستقل داراي اثر مستقيم بر ناكارامدي تعاوني هاي مصرف هستند و متغير مديريت با مقدار 338/0 بيشترين اثر مستقيم بر ناكارامدي را داشته و نيز موثرترين متغير بر ساير متغيرهاي تحقيق مي باشد.

The present research was performed with object the searching effective factor on consumption cooperative in efficient at the Kermanshah city. This cooperatives are formed with the aim providing needs goods for members, in recent year they could not play their role and in many cases have shown inefficient with the loss of their status. To examine this issue identified two groups including inter-organizational factors and outer-organizational factors as factors affecting the performance of cooperatives. The population studied are Members of cooperatives in Kermanshah city in three drift employment, proletarian and educators. selected 240 persons as volume of sample using random stratified Sampling. Tools for gathering information were the questionnaire that admissible by the university masters and the administration experts cooperative and that’s permanency determined by Cronbachʹs alpha. The results correlation index showed while hypothesizes to confirm that each two factors have correlation with inefficient cooperatives but inter-organization factor with -0/065 have the more correlation with inefficient consumption cooperatives Kermanshah city. Also using of variance analyze and F statistic for researching and comparison independent variables that supported not equality this variables with variance analyze test. According to the analysis diagram Other independent variables Have a direct effect on inefficiency Except Variable Law on Cooperatives and Variable Management has with 0/338The most direct effect on inefficiency and it is also The most Effective variable on other variables.
