ارتباط بين سبك رهبري با رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك در مديران گروه و روساي تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي مراكز استان هاي كشور

The Relationship between Leadership Style and Risk Management Behaviors in Physical Education Department Heads and Directors of Islamic Azad Universities in Provinces of Iran

هدف اين تحقيق، تعيين ارتباط بين سبك هاي رهبري با رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك در مديران گروه و روساي تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي مراكز استان هاي كشور بود. تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود كه به شكل ميداني اجرا گرديد. جامعه آماري تحقيق 72 مديرگروه و رييس تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي مراكز استان هاي كشور بود كه كل جامعه به روش تمام شماري به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد مديريت ريسك و سبك هاي رهبري بود كه روايي و پايايي آن در تحقيقات مختلف سنجيده شده است. در تحقيق حاضر نيز روايي محتوايي و صوري ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از نظر استادان و متخصصان لحاظ شد و پايايي آن از طريق آزمون ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد (پرسشنامه مديريت ريسك 84/0 = ?، پرسشنامه سبك هاي رهبري 78/0 = ?) . يافته ها نشان داد بين رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك با سابقه كار مديريتي و سابقه مربيگري رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (05/0P > ). از طرفي بين رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك با سطح تحصيلات مديران و وضعيت مربيگري رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد (05/0P > ). از نتايج ديگر تحقيق اين بود كه بين رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك در سطوح مختلف سبك هاي رهبري تفاوت معناداري مشاهده شد (05/0P > ). باوجود اين رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك در سطوح مختلف وضعيت استخدامي تفاوت معناداري مشاهده نشد (05/0P > ). در نهايت اينكه بين سبك هاي رهبري و رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك مديران ارتباط معناداري مشاهده شد (05/0P > ). يافته ها نشان داد كه سطوح اجراي رفتارهاي مديريت ريسك اعضاي گروه هاي تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي مراكز استان هاي كشور، وضعيت نسبتاً مطلوبي ندارد. بنابراين نياز به آموزش بيشتر و ايجاد فرصت هاي مناسب تر براي مديران گروه تربيت بدني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي جهت آشنايي با روش هاي مديريت ريسك و به كارگيري آن در برگزاري و اجراي مسابقات و رويدادهاي ورزشي ضروري و مهم است.

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between leadership style and risk management behaviors in physical education department heads and directors of Islamic Azad universities in different provinces in Iran. The research used a descriptive correlation approach which was carried out by a field method. For this purpose, 72 department heads and directors of Islamic Azad universities from different provinces in Iran were selected as the statistical population and all were selected as the statistical samples using census method. Data were collected by two questionnaires of risk management and leadership styles. Their content and face validity were confirmed by experts and professionals and Cronbach alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability for each questionnaire (?=0.84 for risk management questionnaire and ?=0.78 for leadership styles questionnaire). Research findings showed a significant relationship between risk management behaviors and the record of managerial and coaching activities (P > 0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant relationship between risk management behaviors and educational level of managers and coaching status (P < 0.05). Also, there was a significant difference among risk management behaviors in different levels of leadership styles (P > 0.05). However, there was no significant difference among risk management behaviors in different levels of employment status (P > 0.05). Finally, a significant relationship was observed between the leadership styles and risk management behaviors (P > 0.05). The findings indicated that the levels of risk management behaviors at physical education departments of Islamic Azad universities were not satisfactory. Therefore, it is necessary to provide more training and more opportunities for heads of physical education departments of Islamic Azad universities to familiarize with risk management methods and to apply them in sports events and competitions.
