ارزيابي اثربخشي بيروني برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي رشته‌هاي مختلف دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد بندرعباس بر مبناي مدل چشم شايستگي

Evaluation of External Effectiveness of the Undergraduate Curriculum in Bandar Abbas Azad Islamic University - Based on the Eye Competency Model

هدف كلي از انجام اين پژوهش، ارزيابي اثربخشي بيروني شايستگي‌هاي محوري برنامه درسي كارشناسي رشته‌هاي مختلف دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد بندرعباس بر مبناي مدل چشم شايستگي بود. جامعه آماري آن شامل همه فارغ التحصيلان مقطع كارشناسي در گروه‌هاي علوم انساني، فني و مهندسي، منابع طبيعي و علوم پايه و حقوق و الهيات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد بندرعباس مي‌شود كه از سال 1385 تا كنون فارغ التحصيل شده‌اند، اطلاعات آنها در كانون فارغ التحصيلان اين دانشگاه به ثبت رسيده است و هم اكنون نيز شاغل هستند (234 نفر). به كمك روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس، تعداد 159 نفر انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از ابعاد سه گانه مدل چشم شايستگي انجمن بين المللي مديريت پروژه (2008) پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحي و ميان كليه افراد جامعه توزيع شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار استنباطي، مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه 1 ـ شايستگي‌هاي فني، رفتاري و زمينه‌اي دانش آموختگان گروه‌هاي مختلف تحصيلي پايين‌تر از حد مطلوب بود. 2 ـ در همه گروه‌ها، اثربخشي بيروني برنامه درسي بر اساس شايستگي‌هاي فني در دانش آموختگان مرد بالاتر از دانش آموختگان زن بود. 3 ـ در همه گروه‌ها، اثربخشي بيروني برنامه درسي بر اساس شايستگي‌هاي رفتاري و زمينه‌اي در دانش آموختگان زن بالاتر از دانش آموختگان مرد بود.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the external effectiveness of the curriculum of undergraduate courses in Bandar Abbas branch of Islamic Azad University on the competencies of the graduates. The statistical population for this study was included all of the undergraduate alumni from human sciences group, engineering, natural resources, science, law and theology courses who have already graduated in 2006. Their data was recorded at the Alumni Association of the University and all of them are already employed. 159 subjects were selected by using the available sampling method. The model of the three dimensional eye of competence (International Project Management Association, 2008) was used to design the questionnaire in order to be distributed among all members of society. Data were analyzed by using inferential statistical methods. The results showed that: 1- The fields of technical, behavioral and contextual competencies of the graduates were less than desirable. 2- In all fields, the external effectiveness of the curriculum based on the technical competency in the male graduates was higher than female graduates. 3- In all fields, the external effectiveness of the curriculum based on the behavioral and contextual competencies in the female graduates were higher than male graduates.
