بررسي موانع ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده در مركز آموزش ايران خودرو

A study of Learning organization building barriers in Iran Khodroʹʹstraining Center

تحقيق حاضر با هدف تعيين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب مركز آموزش ايران خودرو براساس ابعاد پنجگانه ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده و شناسايي موانع ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده درآن مركز بر مبناي مدل ويك و ليون با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي ـ پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه پرسنل مركز آموزش ايران خودرو(100 نفر) بود كه با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده پرسشنامه تحقيق در رده‌هاي مديران و كارشناسان اجرا شد و در مجموع نمونه آماري تحقيق 51 نفر شد. گزاره‌هاي اين تحقيق شامل يك سيوال كلي وشش سيوال جزيي در پنج بعد ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده است كه پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي گرداوري شده با استفاده از آمار توصيفي (ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد، خطاي استاندارد و ...) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون t همبسته مقايسه بين دو ميانگين، آزمون رتبه‌بندي فريدمن، آزمون خي‌دو 2X) مشخص شد كه در همه ابعاد بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب مركز آموزش ايران خودرو تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

The objective of this research is to determine the current and optimal status of Iran khodroʹs training center based on the five dimensions of learning organization creation and indentifying its barriers considering Wick & Leon model .The research using method was descriptive – survey. The statistical population included 100 personnel. Using Morgan Table the sample size was 51 person which was randomly selected .To gather the data, a researcher made questionnaire with 25 closed answer questions were used. Using Cronbachʹs Alpha the reliability was 0.93. There were one main and six trivial questions. For analyzing the data both descriptive and inferential statistics such as : mean standard deviation , standard error and dependent t- test for comparison between two mean ,Friedman ranking test, chi-square test were respectively used. The results showed that there was of significant difference between current and optimal status in all dimensions of learning organization creation in Iran khodroʹs training center based on Wick & Leon model.
