بررسي وضعيت كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز در سال 1386

The Study of Personnelʹʹs Quality of Work Life in Islamic Azad University _ Tabriz Branch

هدف عمده پژوهش حاضر بررسي وضعيت كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز بوده است. روش تحقيق پژوهش از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري آن راتعداد 851 نفر ازكاركنان رسمي و پيماني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز در سال تحصيلي 87-86 تشكيل داده است.حجم نمونه كاركنان براساس فرمول كوكران 257 نفر تعيين گرديده است. روش نمونه گيري پژوهش از نوع طبقه اي نسبتي است.در ارتباط با روايي ابزار سنجش به نظرات متخصصين اكتفا شده و اعتبار ابزار با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 93/0 محاسبه گرديده است. نتايج آزمون هاي آماري نشان داده است كه: 1. از نظر آزمون شوندگان سطح كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز در حدمتوسط مي باشد. 2. بين كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان براساس وضعيت تاهل آنان تفاوت وجود دارد. 3. بين كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان و سن آنان رابطه وجود دارد. 4. بين كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان و سابقه كاري آنان رابطه وجود دارد. 5. بين كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان زن و مرد تفاوت وجود دارد. 6. بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب كيفيت زندگي كاري كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز تفاوت وجود دارد.

The basic purpose of this study has been to investigate the state and quality of the staffʹs work life in Islamic Azad university of Tabriz. The Research method is descriptive survey.The statistical population includes 851 people of regular and contract staff of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. The sampling volume was 251 using Cochran formula, and sampling was carried out according to the proportional and partial random sampling method. The validity of the measurement tools of inquiry has been confirmed by the educational experts.In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbachs Alpha – test was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.93. The statistical test results showed: 1- The quality level of Tabriz Azad university staffʹs work life was rated mediocre. All components of the life state (such as: Adequate and Fair Salary ؛Safe and Healthy Working Conditions ؛ Opportunity for Continued Growth and Security, Constitutionalism in the Organization; The Social Relevance of Work life; Total Life Space) except the component of total life general space are mediocre and the last-mentioned component was rated as low. 2- There was no significant difference between their marital status and the quality of work life. 3- There was a significant relationship between their age and quality of work life. 4- There was a significant relationship between their work experience and the quality of work life. 5- There was a significant relationship between sex and the quality of work life. 6- There was a significant difference between the present and ideal status of the quality of work life.
