تاثير سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي مديريت در تصميم‌گيري مديران و فرماندهان (نمونه‌پژوهي يكي از دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي)

دانشگاه نظامي، به مثابه مدخل ورودي و تربيت مديران و فرماندهان آينده در رسته‌هاي مختلف، از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است. تجهيز مديريت به سيستم اطلاعاتي صحيح و مطمين، كه توانايي مديريت و فرماندهي را براي اتخاذ تصميمات لازم درباره برنامه‌ريزي، سازماندهي و كنترل ارتقا بخشد، به ضرورت اساسي اين عصر تبديل شده است؛ از اين رو، مديريت و فرماندهي، براي موفقيت، از ابعاد مختلف چون منابع، محدوديت‌ها، تشكيلات، انگيزش و روحيه كاركنان، سيستم اطلاعات مديريت و... بايد بررسي شود. هدف از اين تحقيق شناخت و توصيف سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات مديريت دانشگاه و تاثير آن در تصميم‌گيري مديران و فرماندهان است. نوع تحقيق كاربردي است و از روش توصيفي استفاده شده است. داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده از نمونه 99 نفري جامعه آماري، به كمك آمار توصيفي و سپس همبستگي اسپيرمن، تجزيه و تحليل شده است. در يافته‌هاي توصيفي، استفاده مديران و فرماندهان از سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات مديريت در تصميم‌گيري و در بُعد شناخت و حل مسيله (ابعاد فرايند تصميم‌گيري) از متوسط به بالا بوده است. تحليل آماري نشان داد كه، به طور كلي، بين سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات مديريت دانشگاه و تصميم‌گيري مديران و فرماندهان (در همه ابعاد) و همچنين درباره شناخت مسيله و حل مسيله رابطه مستقيم و مثبت هست و شدت اثر آن‌ها در تصميم‌گيري متوسط است؛ اين رابطه در شناخت مسيله متوسط به بالا (قوي) و در حل مسيله در حد متوسط به پايين بوده است.

Military university as entering gate and training future commanders and managers in different guilds are very important. Management equipped with reliable and appropriate information system which can increase the ability of management and command to take necessary decisions in planning, organizing and controlling has become an essential cogency of this age. Therefore commandment and management should be investigated to succeed in different dimensions such as resources, limitations, organizations, motivation, personnel morale, management information system and etc. Recognition and description of university management information systems and their effects on commanders and managers decision making are the purpose of this research. it is applicatory type and descriptive method is used. The data is extracted from 99 people who have formed the population sampling. The data was analyzed using descriptive data and spearman coefficient. Descriptive findings showed that commanders and managers use of management information systems in decision making, in problem solving and problem recognition dimensions were average to high (decision making process dimensions). Data analysis in general indicated that between university management information systems and commanders and managers decision making (in all dimensions) and also between problem recognition and problem solving, there is a positive and direct relation and their effects on decision making are medium. The relation in problem recognition is average to high and in problem solving is medium to low.
