بررسي اعتبار،روايي و استانداردسازي نگرش سنج معلمان مينه سوتا بر روي دبيران آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران

The investigation of reliability, validity and standardization ofMinnesota Teacherʹʹs opinion on Tehran High School Teachers

با توجه به اهميت نقش معلمان به عنوان عوامل موثر و كارآمد در تربيت نسل آينده، يافتن راهكارهايي كه با كمك آن ها بتوان اين مهم را به بهترين نحو انجام داد ضروري مي نمود. پرسشنامه نگرش سنج معلمان مينه سوتا از جمله ابزار براي تحقق اين هدف است.جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را معلمان زن و مرد دوره دبيرستان شهر تهران تشكيل مي دهند.415 معلم زن و مرد مقطع دبيرستان استان تهران با هدف هنجاريابي اين پرسشنامه، به روش تصادفي خوشه اي از بين مناطق 22 گانه آموزش و پرورش، به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. تفاوت نگرش معلمان زن و مرد با در نظر گرفتن وضعيت تاهل، گروه سني و سابقه تدريس، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصله با استفاده از بسته هاي رايانه اي spss به اين شرح است: اعتبار محاسبه شده به وسيله آلفاي كرنباخ 89 ؛ برآورد شد كه نشانگر بالا بودن اعتبار آزمون است. روايي محتوايي آزمون نيز با روش تحليل عاملي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از اجراي اين آزمون روي نمونه فوق نشان داد كه آزمون از 2 عامل اشباع شده است. اين 2 عامل عبارتند از: 1- نگرش معلمان به دانش آموزان، 2- نگرش معلمان حرفه معلمي. با متغير هاي مورد پژوهش، پس از اجراي بررسي هاي آماري و استفاده ار روش Manova ، تفاوت نمرات عامل هاي 1 و2 در سطح اطمينان 05/0 بين زنان و مردان معلم معنادار بود. ولي بين نگرش معلمان مجرد و متاهل تفاوت معناداري مشاهده نشد. سابقه تدريس معلمان و تفاوت سني آنان نيز تاثير معناداري بر نگرش آنان نداشت.

Concerning the significance of teachersʹ role as effective and efficient factors in training future generation, it seems necessary to find some procedure to fulfill this mission well. The normalized opinionire of Minnesota teachers is one of the appropriate tools for achieving this goal. The statistical population of this study is consisted of the male and female teachers of Tehran. 415 male and female teachers of Tehran Province with were selected by cluster random sampling among the 22nd Districts of Tehran Education Organization. The attitudesʹ difference of the male and female teachers was studied based on their marital status, age group and teaching experience. The obtained results using SPSS are as follows: the calculated validation was estimated by Cronbachʹs alpha 0/89 which indicated the high validity of the test. The content validity of the test was also considered by factor analysis method. The findings of implementing this test on the above-mentioned samples showed that the test has been saturated with 2 factors. These two factors are as follows: 1- the attitude of teachers towards students 2-the attitude of teachers towards teachersʹ profession. Based on the research variables, after conducting the statistical studies and using Manova, the difference between the scores of factor 1 and 2 in confidence level of 0/05 was significant between the male and female teachers. But there was no significant difference between the attitudes of single and married teachers. The teachersʹ teaching experience and their age difference did not have significant effect on their attitude.
