بررسي روند تغييرات كالبدي روستاهاي خوابگاهي(بررسي موردي: روستاهاي حوزه نفوذ كلانشهر تبريز)

Frame Changes Process Analysis of Dormitories Villages(Case Study: Villages of Tabriz Megalopolis)

چكيده در دهه هاي اخير رشد شتابان شهرنشيني و نيز وجود تاثيرات متقابل فضايي و روابط عملكردي بين كلان شهرها با نواحي پيراموني، موجبات تغييرات عمده اي در جوامع و بالاخص عرصه هاي روستايي حوزه نفوذ آنها گرديده است. تغيير ساختارهاي كاركردي و كالبدي از جمله آنهاست. وجود مشكلات و معضلات عديده در كلانشهرها (اعم از گراني زمين و مسكن، آلودگي بيش از حد هوا و...) به عنوان عوامل دافعه و در مقابل ارزاني زمين و مسكن، هوا و محيط سالم و... در مناطق روستايي به عنوان عوامل جاذبه در اين امر تاثيرگذار بوده اند. تحقيق حاضركه عمدتاً بر تغييرات كالبدي روستاهاي خوابگاهي تاكيد دارد، از نوع كاربردي و توسعه-اي بوده و روش بررسي آن توصيفي‌ ـ تحليلي مي باشد. شالوده مطالعه مبتني بر مطالعات ميداني است و جهت به تصوير كشيدن تغييرات، از تصاوير ماهواره اي چند زمانه اي سنجنده TM و ETM+ مربوط به سال هاي 1366 و 1382 بهره گرفته مي شود. نتايج بررسي نشان مي دهد كه تغييرات كالبدي قابل توجهي در روستاهاي خوابگاهي مورد مطالعه بوقوع پيوسته است. از بين رفتن زمين هاي زراعي و باغات به نفع ديگر كاربري ها و بالاخص كاربري مسكوني از تبعات منفي اين تغييرات بوده است. در ضمن نحوه گسترش فيزيكي كلانشهر تبريز حكايت از گسترش آن به جانب روستاهاي مورد مطالعه و بويژه روستاهاي كركج، نعمت آباد و كجاآباد دارد. در كل از آنجايي كه تمامي اين تحولات خودجوش و بدون برنامه ريزي صورت گرفته است، به نظر مي رسد كه در سال هاي آتي روستاهاي مورد مطالعه در صورت تداوم روند كنوني، دچار مشكلات و از آن جمله مشكلات زيست محيطي بي شماري گردند.

Frame Changes Process Analysis of Dormitories Villages (Case Study: Villages of Tabriz Megalopolis) Abstract In late decades, quick burgess growth and presence of corresponding spatial effects and operational relations between large cities with surrounding areas, has made main changes in societies and especially in rural spaces of their influence domain. Operational and frame structures changes are among them. Presence of problems in large cities (both of land and building expensiveness, extra contamination of air, etc.) as repulsive factors, and against land and building cheapness and air cleanliness can be effective and attractive factors. The present analysis which has a focus on frame changes of dormitories villages has been a development and application analysis and the way of its analysis will be descriptive- analytical. The basis of study was field studies and has been accomplished to describe the changes, out of the data and satellite photos concerning the years 2008 and 1989. The analysis results show that the considerable frame changes have occurred in dormitories villages. Destroying of agricultural lands and gardens for the benefit of other applications and especially residential applications have become the negative subjects. Meanwhile, the evolutional dynamics of Tabriz indicate its development towards the studied areas and especially Karkaj, Nematabad and Kojabad villages. In any case, since the changes have been made without programming, it occurs that the studied villages in its evolution process for development are involved in problems especially in countless bio-environmental problems.
