بررسي رابطه بين سبك هاي يادگيري و خلاقيت با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان (دختر و پسر) پايه سوم دوره متوسطه شهرستان بوكان در سال‌تحصيلي 89-1388

A study of the relationship between learning and creativity skills with third grade high-school male and female students’ academic achievement in Boukan in 2009-2010

اين پژوهش باهدف تعيين رابطه بين سبك هاي يادگيري وخلاقيت با پيشرفت تحصيلي در مدارس متوسطه شهرستان بوكان در سال تحصيلي89- 88 انجام گرفت. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش شامل 400 نفر دانش آموز (229نفر پسرو171نفر دختر) بود كه به شيوه نمونه گيري طبقه اي– نسبتي بر مبناي جامعه آماري وبا استفاده از فرمول كوكران محاسبه شد. به منظور تعيين سبك هاي يادگيري آزمودني ها از آزمون كلب، براي سنجش خلاقيت از پرسشنامه تورنس و براي پيشرفت تحصيلي از معدل استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه: - بين سبك هاي يادگيري و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان پسر رابطه وجود دارد. - بين سبك هاي يادگيري و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان دختر رابطه وجود دارد. - بين خلاقيت و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان پسر رابطه وجود ندارد. - بين خلاقيت و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان دختر رابطه وجود ندارد. - بين سبك هاي يادگيري با توجه به جنسيت دانش آموزان تفاوت معني داري وجود دارد. - بين خلاقيت با توجه به جنسيت دانش آموزان تفاوت معني داري وجود دارد. - بين پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان دختر و پسر تفاوت معني داري وجود ندارد. - در مورد مولفه هاي سبك يادگيري و خلاقيت براي پيش بيني پيشرفت تحصيلي مشخص شد كه سه مولفه مفهوم سازي انتزاعي، مشاهده تاملي و بسط با پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان رابطه دارد.

The Present research has been done to Study the Total Quality Management (TQM) status and presenting a proper procedure to improve it in Tabriz Medical Sciences University. The methodology of the research is descriptive-survey and its aim is functional. The statistical population included all manager in the Educational & Research department, Treatment Department, Faculties & educational hospitals of Medical Sciences University which added to 300 people. The statistical sample size according to Morgan table, was 169 people. Gathering information was done by researcher- made questionnaire. The validity of questionnaire, confirmed by the ideas of supervisor and advisor professor, the reliability was calculated using cronbach’s alpha ( ) was 0.96. Factor analysis was also used to classify the questions and the amount of KMO = 0.91 was greater than 0.5, so the number of samples were good to perform factor analysis. Descriptive statistics was used. To respond the questions and inferential statistics t-test, one-way (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that the status of components of total quality management at the University of Medical Sciences is moderate. The results of tests also, showed that among the educational administrators in terms of gender, degree, field of study, work experience, management experience, and academic rank and position there wasn’t significant relationship. But TQM regarding the managers, work position showed significant difference. As TQM in Education Development Centre (EDC) got the highest value.
