A Study of the Relation between Optimism or Pessimism and Life Satisfaction among the Working Women and Housewives of Rabour City in 1387

انسانها از نظر خوشبيني و بدبيني در يك پيوستار قرار گرفته اند: افراد خوشبين انتظار دارند چيزهاي خوبي براي آنها اتفاق افتد؛ افراد بدبين انتظار چيزهاي بدي دارند. طبق مدل شي ير و كارور( 1985 ) خوش بيني و بدبيني. به ترتيب به عنوان نتايج فراگير مثبت و منفي تعريف ميشوداعتقاد بر اين استكه اين دو تا حدودي تعيين كنندههاي مهم سازگاري هستند. با توجه به كشمكشها، فشارها وتعارضاتي كه در ايفاي نقش، در بين زنان شاغل وخانه دار وجود دارد كه در نهايت دلسردي از نقش را در بين يكي از اين دو گروه به وجود ميآورد، در اين پژوهش ضمن بررسي رابطهي ميزان خوشبيني با رضايت از زندگي، به ارايه تفاوتها بين خوشبيني و بدبيني و رضايت از زندگي در بين زنان شاغل و خانه دار پرداخته شد و 321 نفر از زنان شاغل و خانهدار شهر رابر مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در اين جستار با استفاده از روش 0 بين ميزان خوش- / ضريب همبستگي پيرسون معلوم شد كه رابطهي معناداري در سطح 001 معلوم شد T-Test بيني و رضايت از زندگي وجود دارد و همچنين با استفاده از روش آماري 0 بين رضايت از زندگي و خوش بيني- بدبيني در بين زنان / كه تفاوت معناداري در سطح 001 شاغل و خانه دار وجود دارد. در پايان پيشنهادهايي ارايه گرديد.

Human beings Sit along the same continuum from the standpoint of optimism or pessimism. Optimistic people expect good things to happen to them; pessimistic people expect bad things. According to Sheir and karverʹs Model (1985), optimism and pessimism are defined as the positive and negative outcomes which are relatively important determiners of adaptability. The struggles, tensions and conflicts that exist between the working women and housewives concerning the role played by each eventually lead to the discouragement of one group from playing their role. So in this research, we study the relationship between the rate of optimism and life satisfaction as well as present the differences between optimism and pessimism in relation to life satisfaction among the working women and housewives. For this purpose, 321 working women and housewives from Rabour City were studied. Analyzing the data by using Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient test revealed that there is a significant relationship at 0.001 levels between the rate of optimism and life satisfaction. Also, by using T-Test statistical method, we understood that there is a meaningful difference at 0.001 levels between life satisfaction and optimism/pessimism among the working women and housewives. Finally, some suggestions were proposed.
