The Relationship between Mothers’ Employment and their Children’s Social Growth

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه بين اشتغال مادران و رشد اجتماعي فرزندان ايشان در مهدهاي كودك شهر كرمان در سال 1388 انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر كودكان مهدكودكي شهر كرمان بود كه از بين آنها 400نفر به شيوه نمونه گيري طبقه اي انتخاب شدند. براي سنجش رشد اجتماعي كودكان از مقياس رشد اجتماعي واينلند استفاده شد. روش تحقيق از نوع همبستگي بوده و اشتغال مادران متغير ملاك و رشد اجتماعي متغير پيش بين است. پس از جمع آوري اطلاعات از آمار توصيفي همچون ميانگين و مد و آمار استنباطي يعني ضريب هبستگي اسپيرمن با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS11 بررسي شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه بين شيفت كاري و ساعات بودن مادران در كنار كودكانشان با رشد اجتماعي فرزندان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد

The aim of this research was to study the relation between mothers’ employment and the social growth of their children in Kerman Kindergartens in 2010. The statistical population of this research consisted of Kindergartensʹ children of Kerman. The social growth of 400 children was evaluated by using stratified sampling .In order to measure the children’s social growth , Vineland’s social maturily scate was used Scale.The research method was correlative. Mothers’ job was the independent variable and the dependent variable was the social growth of their children. After gathering the data , SPSS11 software was used and descriptive and deductive statistical methods such as mode , average , Spearman rank order correlation were applied .The results showed that there was a significant relation between the work shift the time which mothers spend with their children, and the social growth of their children.
