Evaluation of the Connection between Meritocracy and Supervision and Inspection in Ahvaz NAJA

اين پژوهش با عنوان بررسي رابطه بين نظارت و بازرسي و شايسته سالاري در نيروي انتظامي شهرستان اهواز سعي دارد به اين سوال اصلي پاسخ دهدكه آيا بين نظارت و بازرسي با شايسته سالاري درناجا اهواز رابطه اي وجود دارد يا خير. در اين زمينه يك فرضيه اصلي و ده فرضيه فرعي تدوين شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش تمام افراد و نيروهاي ناجا اهواز است. به كمك روش تصادفي ساده 332 نفر براساس فرمول به دست آمد. اين مقاله از الگو مفهومي رابطه شايسته سالاري و بازرسي و نظارت استفاده مي كند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه است كه سوالات آن به كمك متغير هاي مستقل و وابسته تهيه و تدوين شده و داراي روايي و پايايي مطلوب است. به كمك آماراستنباطي و آمار تحليلي به تجزيه و تحليل فرضيه ها پرداخته شد و تمامي فرضيه ها در سطح معني دار مورد پذيرش قرار گرفت. اين مقاله نتيجه مي گيرد كه بين نظارت و بازرسي ناجاي اهواز و مهارتهاي ادراكي، كارگروهي، مديريت افراد، شخصيت روند محيطي رابطه مستقيم و معني داري هست. از اين رو پيشنهاد مي شود ناجاي اهواز به تهيه و تدوين كار راهه و مسير شغلي و ارتقاي اعتبار و بهبود تصميم ها، خط مشي هاي بلند مدت، احترام و درك متقابل افراد، ايجاد حس اعتماد و درك پويايي افراد بپردازد تا زمينه خلق شايسته سالاري مطلوبتر دراين نيرو فراهم آيد.

T his study with the title of evaluation of the connection between meritocracy and supervision and Inspection in Ahvaz city’s NAJA tries to answer this basic question that whether there is a connection between supervision, inspection and meritocracy or not. In this case one primary and ten secondary hypotheses are mentioned. The statistical population of this study includes all staff of Ahvaz NAJA. By random way 332 people according to formula are achieved. This paper uses conceptual pattern of the connection between meritocracy and supervision, inspection. The instrument to get the data is through questionnaire and its questions are provided and compiled with the help of dependent and independent variables and it contains desirable consistency. Through inferential and analytical statistics the hypotheses are analyzed and all hypotheses on conceptual level of are accepted. This paper concludes, there is a meaningful and direct connection between supervision, inspection of Ahvaz NAJA and perceptional, cooperative qualifications, individual management, personality of the procedure of environment. So it is suggested that Ahvaz NAJA endeavor to provide and compile profession based ways and to improve accountability and decisions, long term policy, reciprocal respect and understanding, and to create trustfulness and static understanding in order to create the foundation of meritocracy in NAJA.
