بررسي رابطه‌ي ويژگي‌هاي محله‌ي مسكوني، با احساس امنيت شهروندان كرماني

Examining the relation between residential neighborhoodʹʹs features and the sense of security of Kermani citizens

امنيت يكي از بنياني‌ترين نيازهاي انساني است و بر همين اساس احساس امنيت مي‌تواند يكي از كارآمدترين عناصر در تامين سلامت و آرامش جامعه و اعضاي آن باشد. فضاهاي شهري به‌عنوان فضاي عمومي كه همه‌ي ساكنان شهر در آن سهيم هستند، مي‌تواند نقش مهمي در تامين احساس امنيت شهروندان داشته باشد. محله عرصه‌اي از فضاي شهري است كه در آن روابط ساكنان به حداكثر ممكن مي‌رسد و بسياري از نيازهاي اجتماعي انسان را پاسخ مي‌دهد. هدف اين پژوهش شناخت ميزان احساس امنيت ساكنان شهر كرمان و عوامل محيطي موثر بر آن است. اين پژوهش به صورت پيمايش در محله‌هاي شهر كرمان انجام شد. نمونه شامل 400 نفر از ساكنان شهر بود كه با پاسخ به پرسش‌نامه‌ي پژوهشگرساخته، ميزان احساس امنيت خود را در دو بعد جاني و مالي اعلام نمودند. نتايج نشان داد كه سطح احساس امنيت مالي و جاني در حد متوسط بوده و عواملي هم‌چون ميزان وابستگي به محله، بي‌سازماني و بي‌نظمي در محله، ميزان بروز آسيب‌ها و انحرافات در محله، وضعيت اقتصادي و اجتماعي محله، شكل فيزيكي محله و نوع نظارت و كنترل پليس با ميزان احساس امنيت در هر دو بعد رابطه‌ي معني‌دار داشته است.

Security is one of the most fundamental needs of human, and based on this, sense of security could be one of the most useful elements in providing safety and peace for society and its members. Urban spaces as public spaces that are shared by all city dwellers can play an important role in providing sense of security for the citizens. Neighborhood is an arena of urban space in which the relations between dwellers reach to the possible maximum and many of the human social needs are met. The purpose of this research is to recognize the amount of sense of security within the citizens of Kerman and the impact of environmental factors on it. This research is a survey study carried out in the neighborhoods of Kerman. The sample consists of 400 Kermani people who announced their sense of security in both physical and financial aspects by answering research-made questionnaires. The results indicated that the level of sense of physical and financial security was about average and the amount of the factors such as dependency to neighborhood, chaos and disorder in neighborhood, the measure of the appearance of damages and deviations in neighborhood, economic and social situation of neighborhood, physical shape of environment and type of police surveillance and control had a meaningful relation with sense of security in both aspects.
