تنوع ژنتيكي صفات مورفولوژيك ژنوتيپ‌هاي گونه يكساله اسپرس (L.) Lam. Onobrychis crista-galli در ايران

Genetic Variation of Morphological Traits of Iranian Annual Onobrychis crista-galli (L.) Lam. Genotypes

ايـران يـكي از مهم‌تـرين مراكـز تنـوع ژنتيـكي جـنس اسـپرس است و گـونه يكساله Onobrychis crista-galli گيـاهي مـرتعـي است كـه در منـاطق غرب و جنـوب كشـور گـسـترش وسـيعـي دارد. در اين تحقيق 26 ژنوتيپ O. crista-galli از مناطق مختلف جمع‌آوري و تنوع ژنتيكي آن‌ها بر اساس مجموعه‌اي از صفات مورفولوژيك در قالب طرح بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در سال زراعي 89-1388 در مزرعه تحقيقاتي موسسه تحقيقات اصلاح و تهيه نهال و بذر كرج مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. تجزيه واريانس داده‌ها نشان داد كه ژنوتيپ‌هاي مورد بررسي از نظر كليه صفات اندازه‌گيري شده تفاوت معني‌داري داشتند، كه بيانگر وجود تنوع ژنتيكي بين ژنوتيپ‌هاي مورد مطالعه است. در بين صفات كمي بيشترين مقدار تنوع مربوط به طول دمگل‌آذين (82/50%) و كمترين مقدار آن متعلق به عرض نيام (45/11%) بود. در ميان صفات كيفي بر اساس شاخص نسبي شانون حداكثر تنوع در كركپوش گياه و حداقل آن در عادت رشدي مشاهده شد. نتايج حاصل از ضرايب همبستگي نيز مشخص كرد كه وزن نيام و وزن دانه همبستگي مثبت و معني‌داري با تعداد برگچه در هر برگ و همچنين تعداد روز تا 50 % گلدهي داشتند. تجزيه خوشه‌اي به روش حداقل واريانس وارد (Ward) براي صفات كمي، ژنوتيپ‌هاي مورد مطالعه را در چهار گروه طبقه‌بندي كرد و بيشترين اختلاف بر مبناي مهم‌ترين صفات مورفولوژيك بين گروه‌هاي دوم وچهارم وجود داشت. با توجه به نتايج اين تحقيق، مي‌توان با انجام تلاقي بين افراد اين گروه‌ها حداكثر تنوع ژنتيكي در صفات را به منظور تهيه لاين‌ها و ارقام پرمحصول ايجاد كرد.

Iran is one of the most important genetic diversity sources of Onobrychis genus and the annual species Onobrychis crista-galli is a pasture plant that is distributed in western and southern regions of Iran. Twenty six genotypes of O. crista-galli were collected from different habitats. Their genetic variation was evaluated based on morphological characteristics in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the experimental field at Seed and Plant Improvement Institute, Karaj, Iran in 2010- 2011. Analysis of variance showed significant differences for all the studied traits indicating that there was genetic variation for the traits among the genotypes. For peduncle length, a high variation and for pod width, a low variation was found in quantitative traits. Using Shannon index in qualitative traits, plant hairiness and growth habit showed the highest and the lowest diversity respectively. The pod and seed weight showed positive and significant correlation with leaflet number per leaf and days to 50% flowering. Cluster analysis by Ward method divided all genotypes into four groups. The most differences, based on the most important morphological traits, were detected between groups 2 and 4. Based on the results of the present investigation, crossing between the individuals of these groups can provide a vast genetic variability which can be used in development of new high yielding lines and cultivars.
