بررسي قدرت نرم در انديشه امام خميني(ره) (با تاكيد بر انقلاب اسلامي ايران)

Review of soft authority in the political thought of Imam KhomeiniWith emphasis on Islamic Revolution of Iran

چكيده انديشه سياسي امام خميني(ره) به عنوان رهبر انقلاب اسلامي ايران، شكل‌دهنده حكومتي است مبتني بر اصول و ارزش‌هاي ناب اسلامي - به‌ خصوص تشيع - كه تحت عنوان حكومت ولايت فقيه مي‌باشد. انقلاب اسلامي ايران در شرايطي پيروز شد كه ماهيت قدرت با تغييرات گسترده و فراگيري روبرو شد. انقلاب اسلامي ايران را مي‌توان تجلي قدرت نرم به معناي توانايي نفوذ در رفتار ديگران بدون تهديد و با پرداخت هزينه محسوس به شمار آورد. در واقع قدرت نرم با ابعاد و ماهيت انقلاب اسلامي و آموزه‌هاي ديني آن با گستره انسان‌شناسانه، هستي‌شناسانه و معرفت‌شناسانه از ابعاد قدرت نرم مورد نظر جوزف ناي و ديگر انديشمندان غربي متفاوت است. امام با بسط انديشه خود از سال‌ها قبل از پيروزي انقلاب، توانسته بود قدرت نرم لازم را در ميان مردم توليد نمايد. رژيم شاهنشاهي با وجود داشتن جنگ‌افزارهاي پيشرفته و قدرت سخت، نمي‌توانست مانع پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي شود. اين مقاله، ضمن بررسي مفهوم قدرت نرم و قدرت نرم در گفتمان اسلامي و انديشه سياسي امام خميني(ره)، به معرفي منابع مهم قدرت نرم در انديشه سياسي ايشان و نقش آن در پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي ايران مي‌پردازد.

Abstract Political thought of Imam Khomeini as Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution of Iran, is making a government based on pure Islamic principles and values - particularly Shia - who is under “welayat-e- faghih” rule. Islamic Revolution of Iran triumphed in situations where the nature of power and learn to deal with the changes. One manifestation of the Islamic Revolution of Iranʹs soft power means the ability to influence the behavior of others without threatened and with paying for tangible costs considered. The soft power with the size and nature of the Islamic Revolution and the spread of religious anthropological, ontological and epistemological dimensions of Joseph Nyeʹs soft power and other Western thinkers is different. Imam by expand their minds long before the Revolution; was able to produce necessary the soft power middle of the people. Monarchy, despite having advanced weapons and hard power, cannot stop the Islamic Revolution. This paper despite of reviewing the concept of soft power and soft power in the Islamic discourse and political thought of Imam Khomeini introducing the main sources of soft power in their political thinking and its role in the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
