ارتباط ويژگي هاي فيزيكي در معماري داخلي آشپزخانه با ميزان خستگي در بانوان (نمونه مورد مطالعه: بانوان ساكن در مجتمع مسكوني آسمان تبريز)

Relationship between the Physical Characteristics of the Interior Architecture of a Kitchen and Fatigue Level in Women(Case study: Women living in Tabriz Aseman Condominium)

تاثير معماري بر رفتار و فعاليت هاي مخاطبان فضا و كاربران محيط، امري بديهي و غير قابل اجتناب است. دانش معماري سعي در تدوين فضاهاي مناسب جهت تامين حداكثر لذت و نشاط را داشته و با كمك گيري از اصول مربوطه در اين زمينه (ويژگي هاي فيزيكي مانند فضا، نور، رنگ، چيدمان و ...) مي كوشد محيط زيست بهتري را براي استفاده كنندگان ايجاد نمايد. در اين پژوهش با استناد به طراحي معماري آشپزخانه هاي مجتمع مسكوني آسمان تبريز، دلايل تاثير طراحي فضا را بر قشر خاصي از كاربران (بانوان) بررسي نموده، مشخصه هاي خستگي و هم چنين لذت كار در آن بررسي شد. اين تحقيق در حالت كلي به ارتباط بين معماري داخلي آشپزخانه و ميزان خستگي بانوان و به طور خاص در اين مقاله به بخشي از آن يعني عوامل فيزيكي در اين فرايند مي پردازد. هدف اصلي تبيين چرايي و چگونگي تاثير فضاي معماري مكان آشپزخانه بر روحيه بانوان بوده، روش تحقيق مبتني بر روش توصيفي- تحليلي ست با توزيع 200 پرسشنامه در بين بانوان چهار بلوك مجتمع مسكوني آسمان تبريز به طور اتفاقي، اطلاعات و داده-هاي مربوط به تحقيق به دست آمد كه با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحليل و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بهره گيري از ويژگي هاي فيزيكي كافي در كنار مبلمان و شناخت نيازهاي طراحي داخلي به ويژه متناسب با نيازهاي خانم خانه از خصوصيات طراحي داخلي معماري آشپزخانه است كه در روحيات و واكنش هاي رفتاري بانوان استفاده كننده تاثير مي گذارد.

The impact of architecture on the behavior and activities of the involvers in a special space and the users of that environment is an obvious and unavoidable matter. Architectural knowledge has tried to develop appropriate spaces to provide maximum pleasure and joy and with the help of the relevant principles in this area (physical characteristics, such as space, light, color, arrangement, etc.) has tried to create a top environment for its users. In this study, referring to the architectural design of kitchens in Tabriz Aseman residential complex, the reasons for the effects of the special design on a certain class of users (women) has been reviewed and characteristics like fatigue or enjoyment of working in the kitchen have been studied. This research in general addresses the connection between the interior design of the kitchen and fatigue level in women and, in particular, it deals with part of these characteristics, i.e., physical factors of this process. The main goal is explaining the why and how of such impact in the architectural location of a kitchen and the research method is based on an analytical-descriptive process. 210 questionnaires were randomly distributed among the women of four residential blocks in Tabriz Aseman condominium and in this way the information and data of the research were collected. The data were analyzed by using SPSS software. By taking advantage of the necessary physical characteristics along with good furniture and understanding the needs of the interior design, particularly the needs of the lady of the house are among the factors affecting the impact of the interior design of kitchens on the mental and behavioral response of this group.
