بررسي رابطه عوامل شخصيتي، سبكهاي اسنادي و سبكهاي مقابله اي با سلامت رواني دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اهر

Surveying the Relationship between Personality Characteristics, Attribution Styles and Coping Styles among Femal Students of Ahar Islamic Azad University

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه عوامل شخصيتي، سبك مقابله اي و سبكهاي اسنادي با سلامت رواني دانشجويان مي باشد. بدين منظور، نمونه 238 نفري از جامعه 10 هزار نفري دانشجويان كارشناسي دانشگاه آزاد واحد اهر به شيوه تصادفي انتخاب شدند. طرح تحقيق حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بوده و جهت اندازه گيري عوامل روانشناختي فوق الذكر از پرسشنامه سبكهاي اسنادي ASQ ، سبك مقابله اي لازاروس، پنج عاملي NEO و سلامت عمومي GHQ استفاده شد. داده هاي بدست آمده از طريق آزمون رگرسيون گام به گام مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد كه 53 درصد از واريانس نمرات سلامت رواني دانشجويان توسط سبك مقابله اي و سبك اسنادي تبيين مي شود. بنابراين مي توان گفت بين سبك اسنادي و مقابله اي با سلامت رواني دانشجويان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

The university students of each society are the human forces and future makers of their country .The existence of mental problems and psychiatric disorders creates educational problems for university students. This also causes a loss in financial resources, university budget and professional forces, wastes students’ time and makes them feel depressed .The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of personality characteristics, and coping and attribution styles on university students’ mental health. The participants of this study were 500 students randomly selected out of 1200 students studying in Islamic Azad University, Ahar branch. This study is descriptive and to measure the above mentioned points the attributional style questionnaire, Lazarous coping style questionnaire, NEO, and general health questionnaire were used. The obtained data was analyzed using step by step regression .The results revealed that 53% of the variance of mental health marks of the university students is determined by agreeableness and neuroticism characteristics. Thus, it can be stated that some aspects of personality and attributional and coping styles have a significant relationship with university students’ mental health.
