نظام جامع آموزش: الگويي براي آموزش‌هاي تخصصي جمعيت هلال‌احمر جواد پوركريمي1، ابوذر قاضيي2 1.نويسنده مسيول: استاديار پژوهشكده مطالعات توسعه جهاد دانشگاهي، ايران Email: jpkarimi@gmail.com 2.پژوهشگر پژوهشكده مطالعات توسعه جهاد دانشگاهي، ايران تاريخ دريافت: 1/12/90 تاريخ پذيرش:7/8/91 چكيده مقدمه: آموزش و پژوهش در مسايل امدادي و ارتقاي سطح امدادرساني زمينه مناسبي را براي كسب آمادگي امدادگران و بهينه سازي امر امداد و نجات فراهم مي‌كند. اين مقاله با هدف طراحي الگوي نظام جامع آموزش‌هاي تخصصي امدادگران و نجات گران جمعيت هلال‌احمر تدوين شده است. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، توسعه اي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها در زمره تحقيقات غيرآزمايشي است و به صورت توصيفي- پيمايشي انجام شده است. ضمناً در اين پژوهش از روش تركيبي (تحقيق كيفي و كمّي) استفاده شده است. در اين خصوص ابتدا با مطالعه و تحليل اسناد و انجام مصاحبه هاي عميق با 11 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان آموزش جمعيت هلال‌احمر (به صورت هدفمند) به ترسيم وضع موجود آموزش هلال‌احمر پرداخته شده و آسيب هاي موجود در نظام آموزش‌هاي تخصصي شناسايي شده است. سپس با تحليل وضع موجود، آسيب هاي احصا شده و ادبيات علمي، الگوي مطلوب آموزش‌هاي تخصصي جمعيت طراحي گرديد. الگوي طراحي شده از طريق پرسشنامه و با نظرات متخصصان آموزش‌هاي تخصصي در هلال‌احمر مورد اعتبارسنجي قرار گرفته است. روايي ابزار از نوع روايي محتوايي و پايايي آن توسط ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (ضريب آلفاي محاسبه شده براي مولفه هاي مختلف نظام آموزش تخصصي شامل نيازسنجي 95/0، طراحي 97/0، اجرا 97/0، ارزشيابي 96/0 و مكانيزم هاي انگيزشي 96/0 مي‌باشد) نشان دهنده قابليت اطمينان بالاي ابزار اندازه‌گيري است. تعداد نمونه مورد بررسي براي بخش اعتبارسنجي 17 نفر از مديران و دست اندركاران آموزش‌هاي تخصصي مي‌باشد. براي تحليل آماري داده-ها نيز از آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي و نرم افزار SPSS بهره گرفته شده است. يافته‌ها: در اين تحقيق آسيب هاي موجود در فرايند آموزش هاي تخصصي هلال‌احمر عبارت بودند از: بي‌توجهي به نيازسنجي و نبود الگوي مدون در اين زمينه، بي‌توجهي به سازوكارهاي طراحي برنامه آموزشي، اجراي نا مناسب دوره هاي آموزشي، عدم نظارت و ارزشيابي نظام مند دوره هاي آموزشي و كم توجهي به مكانيزم هاي انگيزشي در فرايند آموزش. بر اين اساس نظام جامع آموزش‌هاي تخصصي جمعيت هلال‌احمر الگويي شامل نيازسنجي، طراحي، اجرا، ارزشيابي و مكانيزم هاي انگيزشي براي آموزش طراحي و ارايه كرده است. نتيجه گيري: الگوي طراحي شده براي آموزش‌هاي تخصصي هلال‌احمر در آن واحد، الگويي مفهومي و عملياتي است كه هم ادبيات علمي موجود در اين زمينه را در نظر دارد و هم با انتخاب روش آميخته در تحقيق و جمع‌آوري داده هاي عميق از وضع موجود و شرايط هلال‌احمر توانسته بر عملي بودن اجراي الگوي حاضر در هلال‌احمر صحه گذارد. كلمات كليدي: الگو، نظام جامع، آموزش‌هاي تخصصي، جمعيت هلال‌احمر.

This paper aimed to design a comprehensive system of professional training for rescue and relief workers in Red Crescent society. Methods: This descriptive-survey research is a developmental and non-experimental study in terms of goal and data collection. This study used of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, the exiting situation have been drawn and also damages have been assessed with studying and analyzing documents and using deep interviews with 11 training specialists and managers of Red Crescent Society (targeted interviews). Then, the optimal model of specialized training was organized. The designed pattern of questionnaire and the specialized training have been validated by relevant experts. The validity and reliability of research were calculated by content and Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient which indicated measurement instrument has high reliability (alpha coefficient was assessed for different components of specialized training system including need assessment= 0/95; design =0/97; implementation= 0/97; evaluation= 0/96 and motivational mechanisms= 0/96). About 17 managers and involved people in specialized training were accredited. One sample t-test and SPSS was used for data statistical analyzing. Findings: According to the results, the current deficits of professional training were as follows: lack of attention to the needs assessment; no systematic pattern in area; lack of mechanisms of designing training programs; lack of proper training courses; lack of systematic monitoring and evaluation of training courses; and little attention to the motivational mechanisms of learning process. Accordingly, the comprehensive system of specialized training is suggested a systematic pattern for Red Crescent society including need assessment, design, implementation, evaluation and motivational mechanisms for training. Conclusion: The designed model for specialized training is a conceptual and operational one which considers scientific literature in this field by using mixed methods and collecting data could confirm the feasibility of model validation in Red Crescent society.
