عفو و بازبيني نقش آن در رفتارهاي مراقبت گرايانه پرستاران و سلامت رواني ـ بدني

Forgiveness and reconsidering its role in nurses’ caring behavior and mental-physical health

رعايت حقوق بيمار در عرصه خدمات سلامت، نقش مهمي در بهبود و تنظيم رابطه پرستار ـ بيمار ايفا مي‌كند و در مديريت نظام سلامت از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. كيفيت مراقبت سلامت و بهبود خدمات، ويژگي‌هاي اصلي در تمايز بين سازمان‌هاي مراقبت بهداشتي هستند. پرستاران نقش مهمي در مراقبت از بيماران به عهده دارند. عفو، با حوزه پزشكي و پرستاري ارتباط دارد و داراي كاربردهاي گوناگوني در سلامت و بهزيستي روانشناختي بيماران و پرستاران است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازبيني نقش عفو در سلامت بدني و رواني و تعاملات پرستار ـ بيمار انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌اي مروري است كه اطلاعات مورد نياز آن از پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي Science direct، Oxford journal، Springer، Sage، Taylor &، Francis، Google scholar جمع‌آوري شد. معيارهاي اصلي جهت ورود، متون منتشرشده به زبان انگليسي در محدوده سال‌هاي 1980 تا 2013 ميلادي بود. جهت جستجو از كليد واژه‌هاي Medical practice، Forgiveness، Nursing، Mental and physical health در عنوان متون استفاده گرديد كه طي آن تعداد 71 مقاله بازيابي شدند و مورد مرور قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد عفو نقش مهمي در افزايش سلامت فيزيكي و رواني پرستاران و همچنين بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بيمار و تعامل با پزشكان در مراكز درماني دارد. بيماران اغلب عدم عفو را درباره پزشكاني كه تصميمات و گاهي اشتباهات آن‌ها منجر به آسيب‌ديدن بيمار و رنج خانواده آن‌ها مي‌شود، نشان مي‌دهند. بيماراني كه افراد متخلف را مورد عفو قرار مي‌دهند، كاهش در ميزان اضطراب، افسردگي و خشم را گزارش مي‌دهند. همچنين عفو به حفظ سلامت روان مثبت آن‌ها كمك كرده و عوامل خطرساز در ايجاد بيماري‌هاي رواني مزمن را كاهش مي‌دهد. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه حاكي از اهميت نقش متغير عفو در موقعيت‌هاي باليني، و لزوم توجه به اين عامل در آموزش پرستاران به عنوان اعضاي اصلي تيم مراقبتِ پزشكي مي‌باشد.

Considering patientsʹ rights in field of health services play important role in improving and regulating the nurse-patient relationship and have high importance in managing health system. Health care quality and service excellence are major differentiating features between health care organizations. Nurses play a pivotal role in patient care. Forgiveness is relevant to the medical community and has implications for the health and well-being of patients and nurses. The current research has been done to investigate the role of forgiveness in physi-cal and mental health and nurse-patient relationship. Data bases of Science direct, Oxford journal, Springer, Sage, Taylor & Francis and Google scholar were searched to retrieve the related litera-ture. The main criteria for entry were, the literature published in Eng-lish language in the disciplines of nursing and health care sciences. Literature search was limited to 1980-2013 with the keywords of "Nursing ", "Forgiveness", "Mental and physical health" and "Medical practice" in the title of texts. The initial search resulted in 1175 texts, 315 of them deemed relevant to our analysis. Then 50 texts (25 per-cent of those) were selected and considered. The results of this study indicate the forgiveness have critical role in promoting mental and physical health; improve the patient-nurse rela-tionship and interaction with physician in care settings. Patients occa-sionally create un forgiveness toward physicians whose decisions, and often mistakes, result in suffering by the patients or their families. The results of this study indicate the importance of forgiveness role in clinical setting, and the necessity of attention to this component in training nurses as major members of medical care team.
