ارزيابي مصوبات كميته اخلاق دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد در يك دوره ده ساله (89-1379)

Evaluation of the legislations of Ethics Committee of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences in a 10-year period (1379-89)

تشكيل كميته‌هاي اخلاق در دانشگاه‌ها به دنبال اهدافي خاص طي بخش نامه ‌اي در سال 1377 ابلاغ گرديد. كميته اخلاق در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد در سال 1379 شكل گرفت. هدف اين مطالعه توصيفي بررسي ده‌ساله مصوبات كميته اخلاق دانشگاه و ارايه پيشنهادات در جهت توانمندسازي اعضاي هيات‌علمي بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌باشد. پس از اخذ مجوز از كميته اخلاق دانشگاه، كليه صورتجلسات اين كميته در طي ده سال گذشته مورد بازبيني قرار گرفت و نكاتي كه به هر محقق توسط اين كميته پيشنهاد شده بود، استخراج گرديد. در مجموع در طي دوره ده ساله، 80 جلسه كميته اخلاق تشكيل شده و در مجموع 610 مورد مصوبه ثبت شده بود و مواردي كه تذكر و يا پيشنهاد داده شده بود مشتمل بر 347 مورد بود. بيشترين مورد در مصوبات را توصيه بر اخذ رضايت آگاهانه و اجازه كتبي و كمترين مورد در مصوبات كميته (6 مورد) رد طرح تحقيقاتي پيشنهادي بود. در پايان اين مقاله و بر اساس فراواني مصوبات پيشنهاد گرديد در اين زمينه آموزش‌هايي به اعضاي هيات‌علمي و پژوهشگران دانشگاه از طريق اجراي كارگاه‌ها، دوره‌هاي آموزشي مجازي، دوره آموزشي كوتاه‌مدت و... داده شود.

The establishment of ethics committees in universities was notified by a circular in 1377 to achieve special aims. Ethics Committee of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences was formed in 1379. The purpose of this descriptive study was to examine the legislations of this committee, and offer some suggestions to empower the members of faculty based on the findings of this study. Having obtained permission of Ethics Committee of the university, we reviewed all the proceedings of this committee during the previous 10 years and extracted the points suggested by this committee to each researcher. Totally, during the 10-year period 80 meetings were held, 610 legislations were recorded, and the number of notes and recommendations was 347. Most of the cases in the legislations included recommendations on getting informed consent and written permission and the least of them was related to the rejection of proposed research projects. Finally, according to the frequency of the legislations it is suggested that some training be offered to faculty members and university researchers through holding workshops, virtual training, short-term training, etc.
