بهبود QFD با استفاده از مهندسي ارزش (از ديدگاه مديران صنايع قطعه سازي استان آذربايجانشرقي)

Improvement of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by Using Value Engineering (VE) (From the viewepoint of auto industry managers in East Azerbaijan)

در اين تحقيق، ضمن معرفي اجمالي دو روشQFDوVE، مزايا و جنبه هاي مختلف آنها مورد بررسي قرارگرفته وسپس تاثير هزينه بعنوان مهمترين بعد مهندسي ارزش و متغيير مستقل بر مراحل QFD مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نحوه عملكرد با ارايه مثال عملي توضيح داده شده و داده هاي مورد نياز با استفاده از پرسشنامه از مديران ومتخصصين انجمن قطعه سازي استان جمع آوري گرديد. اين پرسشنامه داراي پايايي(828/0=?) و روايي مورد تاييد بود. تجزيه و تحليلها و آزمون فرضيه ها، توسط آزمون ((t-test مقايسه زوجها)) ودر نرم افزار SPSS15 صورت گرفت. آزمون فرضيه ها بوسيله نرم افزار SPSS15 نشان داد كه هر سه فرضيه مورد قبول ميباشد. لذا با توجه به ارقام بدست آمده و اختلاف معني دار بين حالتهاي (بدون استفاده از مهندسي ارزش) و (با استفاده از مهندسي ارزش) ميتوان نتيجه گيري كرد كه مهندسي ارزش مي تواند باعث بهبود روش QFDگردد. در پايان مدل پيشنهادي بصورت مثال عملي انجام شده توضيح داده شده و توصيه هايي جهت زمينه سازي براي بكارگيري روشهاي فوق ارايه شده است

In this research, besides introducing both methods QFD&VE, their different benefits and aspects have been investigated by studying the effect of cost as a main value engineering dimension and independent variable on QFD. The method of operation has been explained by a practical example and the required data have been collected by a questionnaire completed by the managers and specialists of the auto-part manufacturers of the province. This questionnaireʹs reliability (?=0.828) and validity were approved, and the hypothesis test was analyzed by t-test (comparison of pairs) in SPSS 15 software. The hypothesis test by SPSS15 software showed that all of the three hypotheses are accepted. So according to the gained numbers and meaningful difference between the states of (without using VE) and (by using VE) can conclude that the value engineering can be the cause of QFD method improvement. Finally, the advised method presented by a practical example and some suggestions for the planning of applying the above method were submitted.
