چكيده فارسي :
اينترنت داراي قابليت‌هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي فراواني است. گرچه برخي از قابليت‌هاي آن نظير توسعه محيط‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي، محيط‌هاي يادگيري تركيبي و كيفيت‌بخشي به آموزش‌هاي حضوري در عرصه آموزشي براي اغلب طراحان، مديران و مربيان شناخته شده است ولي قابليت‌هاي پژوهشي اين فناوري‌ها هنوز براي اغلب پژوهشگران حرفه‌اي و هييت علمي دانشگاه‌ها ناشناخته باقي مانده است. قابليت‌هاي پژوهشي اينترنت تنها به ابزارهاي جستجو اطلاعات و ارسال و دريافت اطلاعات محدود نمي‌شود، بلكه امكانات چندرسانه‌اي، نشر ايده‌ها و ابزارهاي ارتباطي و مشاركتي اين فناوري‌ها مي‌تواند در تمام مراحل انجام يك پژوهش تربيتي به پژوهشگران كمك كند. از اين رو هدف اين پژوهش معرفي قابليت‌هاي ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در تسهيل و تقويت يك پژوهش تربيتي است. بر اين اساس در اين مقاله پس از بيان ويژگي‌هاي پژوهش تربيتي، انواع ابزارهاي اينترنتي به چهار دسته ابزارهاي جستجوي منابع اطلاعاتي، ابزارهاي تهيه و ارايه محتواهاي چندرسانه‌اي، ابزارهاي نشر و ارايه ايده‌ها در اينترنت و ابزارهاي ارتباطي هم‌زمان و ناهم‌زمان طبقه‌بندي مي‌شود. سپس قابليت‌ها و كاربردهاي پژوهشي ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در مراحل مختلف انجام پژوهش تربيتي معرفي مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
The internet has many educational and research capabilities. Although some of its capabilities such as development of E-learning environments, blended learning environments, and enhancing the quality of face-to-face learning are known to designers, managers, and instructors, the research capabilities of this technology is still unfamiliar to most professional researchers and faculty members. The research capabilities of the internet are not only limited to data searching tools and the capability of sending or receiving data. Multimedia facilities and the dissemination of ideas and communication tools can also assist researchers in conducting an educational study. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to introduce the capabilities of information and communication technology tools that help facilitate and improve educational research. To achieve this, we first describe the characteristics of educational studies, and classify the internet tools into four categories: data searching tools, multimedia presentation and preparation tools, publication and idea dissemination tools, and synchrony and asynchrony communication tools. Then, the research capabilities and applications of these information technology tools in different stages of educational research are explained.
