بررسي اولويت هاي ارزشي معلمان و ارتباط آن با برخي عوامل اقتصادي- اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه: معلمان شهرستان بروجن) اصغر ميرفردي ، سيروس احمدي ، زهره رفيعي بلداجي (تاريخ دريافت 23/12/89، تاريخ پذيرش30/9/90) چكيده ارزش ها از بنيادي ترين عوامل جهت دهنده رفتارهاي انساني در هر جامعه اي به شمار مي آيند و نقش مهمي در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و سياسي ايفا مي كنند. اولويت هاي ارزشي كه از جامعه اي به جامعه ديگر تفاوت دارند بازتاب تجربه هاي متفاوت مردم مختلف هستند. اين مطالعه با استفاده از نظريه تحول فرهنگي اينگلهارت، درصدد شناخت اولويت هاي ارزشي معلمان و ارتباط آن با برخي عوامل اقتصادي-اجتماعي است. داده هاي پژوهش بهشيوه پيمايشي و با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوري شده است. حجم نمونه شامل 343 معلم شاغل در اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان بروجن بوده كه به شيوه تصادفي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شده بودند. نتايج حاصل از يافته هاي پژوهش نشان دادند كه معلمان داراي اولويت هاي ارزشي مادي گرايانه هستند و تفاوتي در اولويت هاي ارزشي گروه هاي سني مختلف معلمان مشاهده نشد. از بين متغيرهاي مستقل تحقيق "احساس امنيت اجتماعي"، "جنسيت" و "درآمد" رابطه معناداري با اولويتهاي ارزشي داشتند. واژگان كليدي: اولويت هاي ارزشي، ارزش هاي مادي، ارزش هاي فرامادي، اينگلهارت، معلمان، بروجن.

Value Priorities of Teachers and its Relationship with some Socio-Economic Factors (Case of Boroujen Township) Asghar Mirfardi, Sirous Ahmadi, Zohreh Rafiee Baldaji Values are among the most substantial factors orienting human behaviors in any society and they play a major role in the economic, social and political development. Value priorities which differ from one society to another reflect different experiences of various people. The present study, using the cultural shift theory of Inglehart, seeks to determine the value priorities of teachers and the economic, social and cultural factors affecting it. The data of the research were collected via 343 teachers who are employees of the education office of Boroujen. They were selected by multistage random sampling and through survey-method and the questionnaire. The results of the findings of the research showed that the teachers possess materialistic value priorities and there was no significant difference in value priorities of different age groups. The extent of religiosity among respondents was measured to be very high. Out of independent variables of the research, "feeling of social security", gender, and income had significant relationship with value priorities.
