آرايه هاي پهپادي مطلوب در صحنه نبرد ناهمگون براي اجراي ماموريتهاي اطلاعاتي

Desirable Drone Distributions in Asymmetric Battlefield for Intelligence Mission

پهپادها با توجه به نوع، امكانات و تجهيزات، قادرند ماموريت هاي متنوّع اطلاعاتي، شناسايي، مراقبت و هدف يابي و جمع آوري الكترونيكي شنود را با اولويت استفاده بهينه از امكانات و به خصوص منابع انساني انجام دهند. به عبارت ديگر هواپيماهاي بدون سرنشين از جمله تجهيزات پيشرفته عصر حاضر ند كه در جنگ هاي آينده جايگاه ويژه اي دارند. از طرفي با توجه به برتري تسليحاتي و اطلاعاتي كشورهاي قدرتمند و معارض جمهوري اسلامي ايران، جنگ‌هاي آينده قاعدتاً از نوع ناهمگون بوده و پيروزي در آن‌ها، مستلزم به كارگيري ابتكارهاي تاكتيكي و استفاده از تجهيزات مناسب است؛ بنابراين استفاده از آرايه هاي مطلوب پهپادي، مي‌تواند در نظام دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران بسيار موثّر واقع شده و در نتيجه براي حفظ و تحكيم امنيت ملّّي كارا باشد. هدف اصلي اين مقاله، تبيين آرايه هاي پهپادي مطلوب براي انجام ماموريت هاي اطلاعاتي (شناسايي، مراقبت و هدف يابي و جمع آوري الكترونيكي شنود) در صحنه نبرد ناهمگون است و روش تحقيق، از نوع كاربردي-توسعه اي است؛ به اين منظور پس از انجام مطالعات وسيع كتابخانه اي و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان و صاحب نظران، در چند مرحله با استفاده از آزمون نسبت ها، شاخص هاي پهپادي موثّر بر انواع ماموريت هاي اطلاعاتي تعيين شده است. همچنين با استفاده از آزمون تي استيودنت يك نمونه اي و بررسي وضعيت فعلي و وضعيت مطلوب و در نهايت با تشكيل جلسات متعدد خبرگي و نيز با توجه ويژه به عوامل و شاخص هاي تاثيرگذار بر انواع ماموريت هاي اطلاعاتي، آرايه هاي پهپادي مطلوب تبيين شده است.

Given the facilities and equipment possessed, drones are capable of carrying out various intelligence, reconnaissance , protection , target locating , and electronic overhearing mission considering priority in the use of facilities , in particular human resources . in other words, unmanned aircrafts as sophisticated technologies will play crucial rule in prospective wars. On the other hand, considering the superiority of the countries opposing I.R of Iran in terms of weaponry and intelligence services, the prospective wars will be asymmetric in nature such that winning over the enemy will depend on tactical initiatives and advantages of appropriate equipment. To this end, desirable drone distributions can be highly affective for both the defensive policy and national security of I.R of Iran. This study was an attempt to elaborate on desirable drone distributions to carry out the aforementioned missions in asymmetric wars. As an applied developmental research, the study was conducted based on library sources, interview with authorities and administering multiple tests measuring the effective drone indices for intelligence services. Meanwhile, one sample tested, investigation of the current and desirable status, and professional meetings were included in the research in order to identify desirable distribution configuration.
