Strengths and Challenges Ahead of the Educational System in Iranian Military Universities

اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي وضعيت آموزشي دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا به منظور طراحي الگوي افزايش كارايي و اثربخشي آموزشي اين دانشگاه‌ها در دو حوزه آموزش نظري و عملي انجام شده است. تلاش محققان پاسخ به اين سيوال بود كه قوّت‌ها، ضعف‌ها و چالش‌هاي نظام آموزشي افسران آجا كدامند؟ لذا تحقيق از نوع كاربردي بوده و روش انجام آن تركيبي از نظريه مبنايي، مشاهده‌اي و موردي- زمينه‌اي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق متشكل از خبرگان، آشنا با مسايل آموزشي و نظامي شامل فرماندهان، استادان و كاربراني كه با ماموريت، مقدورات، محدوديت‌ها، مشكلات، موانع و چالش‌هاي كنوني و آتي دانشگاه‌هاي افسري ارتش ج. ا. ايران آشنايي دارند، بوده است كه از اين ميان با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، 79 نفر به روش هدفمند غير نسبتي به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتيجه تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه خبرگان معتقدند بهترين الگوي آموزشي براي دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا الگوي اجتماعي است. بررسي ميزان تطابق آموزش‌هاي فعلي با رهنامه آموزشي آجا نيز نشان مي‌دهد كه دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا بايستي در مواردي نظير استفاده از تجربيّات هشت سال جنگ تحميلي در محتواي آموزشي دروس، تاثير آموزش‌هاي ارايه شده در شكوفايي، نبوغ و خلاقيت دانشجويان، به روز بودن محتواي آموزشي دروس، توجه به استعدادهاي فردي، خلاقيت و شكوفاسازي استعداد دانشجويان تقويت گردند.

This study attempted to investigate the educational status quo of Iranian military universities in order to develop an educational pattern or model of efficiency and effectiveness enhancement in two areas of theory and practice. To this end, the study tried to explore the strengths, weaknesses and challenges dominant in these universities. As an applied research in methodology, and based on observation, case and field study paradigms, the study involved 79 elites familiar with educational and military issues composed of commanders, professors and operators who are involved in the current and future mission, decision, limitations, problems, barriers and challenges. They were selected based on purposeful sampling method. The findings revealed that according to the elites, social model of education can be the best model for such universities. A comparative analysis of the current educational process with the Iranian Army educational statutory suggest that the universities should be enriched in terms of taking the advantages of the eight year Iraqi imposed war in curriculum development, effect of the trainings on flourishing the talent and creativity of the cadets, up to date nature of the syllabi attention on the individual talents creativity and development of the cadets, aptitude.
