ارزيابي فاكتورهاي موثر بر اثر بخشي دوره هاي آموزشي تلقيح مصنوعي دام در استان زنجان

Evaluation of the factors influencing the effectiveness of training for artificial insemination of livestock in Zanjan province

هدف اين پژوهش تعيين عوامل موثر بر ميزان اثر بخشي دوره هاي آموزشي تلقيح مصنوعي دام دراستان زنجان و از نوع توصيفي و همبستگي است. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه و نمونه تحقيق 104 نفر از فراگيرني بوده اند كه دوره تلقيح مصنوعي دام را گذرانده بودند. متغير مستقل تحقيق شامل متغيرهاي فردي(تجربه، سن، علاقه)، اجتماعي(درآمد، شغل، تحصيلات) تكنيكي (نحوه تدريس، تنوع روش هاي آموزشي و...) و سازماني (فضاي آموزشي، تركيب كار آموزان و ...) و متغير وابسته ميزان اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي تلقيح مصنوعي دام بوده است. داده هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحت ويندوز مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد متغيرهاي فردي(شوق و علاقه و تجربه) با اطمينان 99 درصد داراي رابطه معني داري با اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي بوده اند. متغيرهاي اجتماعي (سواد وشغل و درآمد)با اطمينان95 درصد داراي رابطه معني داري با اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي بوده اند. متغيرهاي تكنيكي (شيوه هاي هاي آموزشي، نحوه تدريس و يادگيري و كلاس عملي وآموزش تيوري با اطمينان99 درصد،تنوع روش هاي آموزشي، رسانه ها و مواد آموزشي واضح وشفاف بودن مطالب آموزشي با اطمينان 95 درصد داراي رابطه معني داري با اثر بخشي دوره هاي آموزشي بوده اند و متغيرهاي سازماني (ويژگي هاي مكان آموزشي، تركيب فراگيران، شيوه برخورد كاركنان، نظم و مقررات و تسهيلات رفاهي با اطمينان 95 درصد داراي رابطه معني داري با اثر بخشي دوره هاي آموزشي بوده اند.

The aim of this study was to determine the factors affecting the efficacy of artificial insemination of livestock courses in the province of descriptive and correlational. Questionnaire and sample were done on 104 learners who had passed the artificial insemination of livestock. Independent variables included demographic variables (experience, age, interests), social (income, occupation, education), technical (how to teach a variety of teaching methods, etc.) and institutional (educational space, combining work and school ...) dependent variable is the effectiveness of training for artificial insemination of livestock. Data was analyzed by SPSS Method. The results show that demographic variables (interest experience passion) (99%) have been correlated with effective training. Social variables (education, income, and job), with 95% having had a significant relationship with effectiveness of training.Variables techniques (methods of teaching, teaching and learning and classroom practice and education theory (99%), a variety of instructional methods, media and materials clear and transparent nature of educational materials and 95% had a significant relationship with effectiveness of training programs . And organizational variables (characteristics of the training location, the composition of learners, staff attitude, discipline and welfare facilities, with 95% having had a significant relationship with effectiveness of training.
