در سال‌هاي اخير تحولات عمده‌اي در عرصه‌هاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي، سياسي و ‏اقتصادي در جهان و خصوصاً در كشور ما ايجاد شده است. در اين راستا آگاهي از ‏فرهنگ عمومي رايج و عوامل موثر بر آن بين مردم و سياستگذاران و برنامه‌ريزان ‏درسي كه متولي انتقال اين مفاهيم فرهنگي به كتب درسي مي‌باشند. اهميت ويژه‌اي ‏دارد. مولفه‌هاي فرهنگ عمومي عبارتند از مولفه‌هاي اجتماعي ـ فرهنگي، سياسي، ‏اقتصادي و مذهبي كه هر كدام به گويه‌هايي دسته‌بندي شده‌اند. اين پژوهش از نوع ‏توصيفي و در گروه پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي قرار مي‌گيرد. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين ‏تحقيق تحليل محتوا مي‌باشد. با استفاده از اين روش به تحليل كتاب‌هاي درسي ‏فارسي (بخوانيم و بنويسيم) دوره ابتدايي تحصيلي هم‌چنين اهداف كلي جمهوري ‏اسلامي ايران، اهداف دوره ابتدايي تحصيلي و اهداف درس فارسي «بخوانيم و ‏بنويسيم» پرداخته شد. نتايج تحليل محتوا نشان داد كه اولويت‌بندي مولفه‌هاي فرهنگ ‏عمومي در كتب فارسي بخوانيم و بنويسيم در 5 پايه ابتدايي نزديك به هم مي‌باشد. ‏اين در حالي است كه در محتواي كتب فارسي «بخوانيم و بنويسيم» دوره ابتدايي ‏تحصيلي از ميان مولفه‌هاي فرهنگ عمومي بيشترين تاكيد بر مولفه‌هاي اجتماعي ـ ‏فرهنگي با 95/55 درصد و بعد از آن بيشترين توجه به مولفه‌هاي مذهبي با 61/20 ‏درصد و بعد از آن مولفه‌هاي اقتصادي با 11/12درصد و در آخر مولفه‌هاي سياسي ‏با 32/11درصد مي‌باشد.‏

Main changes have taken place in cultural, social‏,‏‎ political‎‏,‏‎ and ‎economical fields throughout the word, especially in our country in recent ‎years. In this regard, realizing the public culture and its effective elements ‎among people as well as the politicians and material developers who are ‎responsible for transferring the cultural concepts into textbooks is efficient. ‎The components of public culture include: social-cultural, religious, ‎financial, and political which either of them is divided into different sub-‎category. This inquiry is a descriptive research & is placed in the group of ‎applied inquire. The method used in this reserch is descriptive & content ‎analysis tools. Using this method, the content of farsi “let’s read and write” ‎text of elementary school were analysed & also the general goals of Islamic ‎republic of iran, the goals of elementary school & the goals of farsi “let’s ‎read and write” text were reviewed. The results of content analysis showed ‎that prioritizing of the components of public culture is close to each other in ‎the farsi “let’s read and write” books of the first five grades in elementary ‎level while in the content of farsi “let’s read and write” books in elementary ‎level, the most focus is on the component of social-cultural with 55/95% and ‎then the focus is averted to the component of religious with 20/61% and after ‎that the focus is on financial one with 12/11% and finally on political with ‎‎11/32%.‎
