تاثير توانمندي‌هاي زنجيره تامين بر توسعه اقتصادي و رقابت‌پذيري كشورهاي رو به رشد

The Impact of Supply Chain Capabilities on Economic Development and Competitiveness in Developing Countries

فضاي رقابت به دليل نوآوري در تكنولوژي و نيازهاي مشتريان كه دايم در حال تغيير هستند پيچيده‌تر شده است. اين تغييرات، سازمان‌ها و كشورها را به سمت رقابتي شدن مجبور مي‎كند. در چنين شرايطي يا بايد رقابت كرد و يا خطر حذف شدن را پذيرفت. از سوي ديگر، كشورها با توسعه توان رقابتي مسير رشد اقتصادي را فراهم مي‎سازند. در اين مقاله پس از شناسايي و استخراج توانمندي‌هاي زنجيره تامين و رقابت‌پذيري، ميزان تاثير اين مولفه‌ها بر پيشرفت و توسعه اقتصادي ايران بررسي مي شود. قابليت‌هاي زنجيره تامين در قالب چهار بعد و ابعاد رقابت‌پذيري در هشت بعد استخراج گرديد. با توجه به محدوديت جامعه خبرگان به‎منظور استخراج ميزان تاثير ابعاد بر يكديگر از تكنيك "ديماتل"3 استفاده شد. يافته‌ها و نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ابعاد توانمندي‌هاي زنجيره تامين بر رقابت‌پذيري كشورهاي رو به رشد تاثيرگذار بوده و معيار "يكپارچگي شبكه" به‎عنوان تاثيرگذارترين عامل از عوامل توانمندي‌هاي زنجيره‌تامين و "قيمت" از مولفه‌هاي رقابت‌پذيري به عنوان تاثيرپذيرترين عامل شناسايي شدند.

Innovation in technology and customer requirements are constantly changing and it causes competitive environment to be became more complex. These changes lead organizations and countries to become more competitive. In this situation must compete or accept denying. In other hand, countries create growth path by developing of competitive capacitance. In this paper aspect of supply chain capability and competitiveness are identified and extracted and the impact of these components on the economic development of Iran has been investigated. Supply chain capabilities were extracted in 4 dimensions and 8 dimensions for competitiveness. According to limitation of experts to extract dimensions effect on the other is used DEMATEL technique. Findings and results research based on dimensions of supply chain capabilities have an effect on competitiveness and economic development of developing countries. “Network Integration” is evaluated as the most influencing factor and being influenced factor is “price”.
