ارزيابي قابليت‌هاي كارآفريني دانشجويان؛بازانديشي در ماموريت‌هاي برنامه‌ي درسي آموزش عالي

Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Capabilities of Students: Rethinking Curriculum Commissions of High Education

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي و ارزيابي قابليت ‌هاي كارآفريني دانشجويان به‌منظور اعتباربخشي و بازانديشي در كاركردها و ماموريت‌هاي برنامه‌هاي درسي دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز آموزش عالي ايران مي باشد. جامعه‌ي آماري اين تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي، دانشجويان شاغل به تحصيل دانشگاه كاشان در سال تحصيلي 91- 90 مي‌باشد (5502=N). كه به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي تعداد 412 نفر از آن ها به‌عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمون t تك متغيره و تحليل واريانس يك طرفه) استفاده شد. نتايج به‌دست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ميان دانشجويان دانشكده‌هاي مختلف از نظر قابليت‌هاي كارآفريني تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد. اما در عين حال ميان دانشجويان دختر و پسر در نمره‌ي كل كارآفريني و شاخص‌هاي ريسك‌پذيري و خلاقيت تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. افزون‌بر اين، يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان داد كه ميان دانشجويان سال اول و چهارم از نظر ميزان برخورداري از قابليت‌هاي كارآفريني تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد.

The main objective of this research is to investigate and assess entrepreneurship capabilities of university students in order to accredit and revise functions and missions of higher education curricula. Statistical population for this research was a group of 412 students of Kashan University, selected by means of classified sampling method during the academic year 90-91(n=5502). Data was collected using a questionnaire, (Cronbach’s alpha questionnaire) with an estimated reliability of %89. Accordingly data were analyzed using appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics. Research findings showed that there is not a significant difference among students from different colleges in terms of entrepreneurship capabilities. However there is a significant difference between male and female students in the total score’ of entrepreneurship, risk–taking and creativity components. In addition, the findings indicated that there is no significant entrepreneurial capability difference between students of the first year and fourth year which in turn is proof of deficiency in developing students’ entrepreneurial capabilities and this is reminiscent of the importance and necessity of reform and revision of current curricula in universities and higher education centers.
