چكيده فارسي :
روان شناسي دين و مطالعه موضوعات معنوي در دو دهه اخير، به طور فزاينده‌اي مورد توجه روان‌شناسان مديريتي قرار گرفته است. با اين حال، اهميت هوش معنوي در محيط‌هاي ورزشي از طرفي و همچنين نبود ابزاري براي سنجش جايگاه هوش معنوي در محيط‌هاي ورزشي از طرف ديگر، ضرورت بررسي محيط معنوي ورزش باستاني و چگونگي تاثير آن را بر كارآيي و عملكرد ورزشكاران روشن مي‌كند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري آن تمامي باستاني كاران (1100N=) شهرستان يزد در سال 1390 بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند (186n=). ابزار اندازه گيري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش معنوي هيلدبرانت (2011) با چهار مولفه تفكر انتقادي وجودي، توليد معني شخصي، آگاهي و توسعه حالت آگاهي سنجيده شد. يافته‌هاي آزمون آماري استنباطي PLS نشان داد بين تمام مولفه‌ها (تفكر انتقادي وجودي، توليد معني شخصي، آگاهي و توسعه حالت آگاهي) ارتباط مثبت و معني داري در سطح 01/0 برقرار است كه نشان دهنده ارتباط ساختاري بسيار زياد هر يك از مولفه‌هاست. نتايج آماره AVE نشان داد از ميان عوامل اثرگذار بر هوش معنوي، تفكر انتقادي وجودي و توسعه حالت آگاهي بيشترين توان تبيين واريانس هوش معنوي را داشتند. همچنين بر اساس مدل مستخرج، مجذور همبستگي تبيين شده عوامل اثرگذار بر سازه هوش معنوي (958/0 R2:) به دست آمد. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش مي‌توان گفت با تقويت يكي از ابعاد وجودي ورزشكاران، مثل بعد جسماني، مي‌توان ابعاد ديگر همچون بعد آگاهي يا توسعه حالات شخصي از بعد معنوي آن‌ها را تقويت كرد و در نهايت، سبب ارتقاي سطح جسماني و روان‌شناختي ورزشكاران شد.
چكيده لاتين :
The psychology of religion and spiritual issues in the past two decades has increasingly focused on industrial psychology. However, the importance of spiritual intelligence in the sport areas and the lack of an instrument to measure the position of spiritual intelligence in the sports environment on the other hand, clarify the necessity of the spiritual heritage and how it affects sports performance of athletes. The study of the correlation is descriptive. Statistic of all the zorkhaneh athletes (N =1100) city of Yazd in 1390 who were randomly selected samples were measured (n =186). Measuring data - questionnaire standardized spiritual intelligence of Hildebrant(2011) with four components, Critical Existential Thinking, Personal Meaning Production, Transcendental Awareness, and Conscious State Expansion that ultimately have using with the PLS statistical method analyzed. Results showed that among all the components (Critical Existential Thinking, Personal Meaning Production, Transcendental Awareness, and Conscious State Expansion) was a significant and positive correlation in level 0/01, which shows the strong structural relationship of each component. The results of AVE statistic showed that, for expression the prediction levels of each component, to express each variance component structures (spiritual intelligence) covering among the influencing factors of spiritual intelligence, Critical Existential Thinking and Conscious State Expansion have a although the highest state of consciousness can be explained by the variance of spiritual intelligence. Also according to the extraction model, the squared correlation explained by structural factors on spiritual intelligence (R2: 0.958) was obtained, which indicates a very good predictor of spiritual intelligence components. Finally According to the results, with develop the structural aspects of spiritual intelligence in ancient such as physically aspect, could go to improve the other aspects, such as the states of awareness and Conscious State Expansion of its spiritual dimension and ultimately lead to develop the level of physical and psychological of athletes.
