به كارگيري اصول آموزش گفت و شنودي "وِلا" در آموزش‌هاي دوران بارداري: مطالعه كيفي

Application of the Principles of Vella’s Dialogue Education in Antenatal Education Programs: A Qualitative Research

مقدمه: ديربازي است كه از آموزش به منظور بهبود زندگي زنان باردار و حفظ سلامت آنان استفاده مي‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر به تفسير تجربه‌هاي آموزشي گروهي از زنان باردار مراجعه‌كننده به واحد مراقبت بارداري براساس اصول دوازده‌گانه آموزش گفت و شنودي ولا پرداخته شده است. روش‌ها: اين پژوهشِ كيفي با تمركز بر روش تحليل محتوا در يكي از واحدهاي مراقبت بارداري استان تهران انجام شده و شركت‌كنندگان آن 15 زن باردار بودند كه بر اساس نمونه‌گيري هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با كمك مشاهده و مصاحبه گردآوري شدند. سپس كدگذاري شده و در مقوله‌هايي از پيش تعيين شده گنجانده شدند. نتايج: بر اساس تجربه‌هاي آموزشي زنان باردار در واحد مراقبت بارداري مورد پژوهش، دوازده اصل آموزش گفت و شنودي، به خصوص چهار اصل برقراري رابطه محكم، نيازسنجي، ايمني و نقش‌هاي روشن؛ كم‌تر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اصل رابطه محكم كه شامل فروتني، شكيبايي و احترام گذاشتن آموزش‌يار، پاسخ‌گويي فوري او به پرسش‌هاي آموزندگان، و صرف زمان براي آموزش است بايد بسيار مورد توجه قرار گيرد. افزون بر آن بهبود آموزش‌هاي دوران بارداري در گرو نيازسنجي از زنان باردار پيش از پرداختن به آموزش آنان، برقراري ايمني در آموزش، تعريف نقش تازه‌ي آموزشي از ماما براي گروه هدف، و روشن ساختن نقش مشاركتي مردان در فرايند بارداري است. نتيجه‌گيري: اين پژوهش، علاوه بر ايجاد شناخت بيشتري پيرامون چگونگي انجام آموزش‌ها در واحد مراقبت بارداري، تلاش نموده با توصيفي جامع از تجارب به كارگيري اصول دوازده‌گانه‌ي آموزشِ گفت و شنوديِ "ولا"، زمينه‌ساز زدودن كاستي‌هاي اين آموزش‌ها شود. بر اساس يافته‌ها، اگرچه "وِلا" براي شكل‌گيري رابطه‌ي محكم به سازه‌ي شكيبايي اشاره نكرده است اما به نظر مي‌رسد در ايران اين سازه يكي از مولفه‌هاي ضروري براي شكل‌گيري رابطه محكم است.

Introduction: It is a long time that educational activities have been used to improve pregnant women’s lives and keep them healthy. This research aims at interpreting pregnant women’s experiences of maternal health education who visited maternal care center, according to the 12 principles of Vella’s dialogue education. Methods: This content analysis qualitative study was conducted in a health clinic in Tehran province. A purposive sample of 15 pregnant women was selected. An interview guide and an observation checklist were used to collect data. Interviews were coded and categorized in predetermined categories. Results: According to experiences of pregnant women visiting the maternal care center, all the 12 principles in general and especially 4 of them were less observed. These include: formation of a sound relationship, need assessment, safety, and clear roles. The principle of sound relationship including humility, patience, and respect by instructor, his/her accountability for immediate response to learners’ questions, spending enough time for education should be considered strongly. Moreover, improvement of prenatal education depends on pregnant women’s need assessment before education, providing safety during education, defining the new role of midwife throughout education for target group, and clarifying the parthnership role of men in pregnancy period. Conclusion: In addition to providing a stronger recognition about the manner of holding educational sessions in maternal care center, supplying a comprehensive definition about experiences of employing twelve principles of Vella’s Dialogue Education this study has efforted to underlie steps toward reducing the failures in this path. However Vella has not pointed to the “patience” as a requisite in formation of a sound relationship, findings of the study shows tht this construct is a necessary factor for formation of a firm relationship in Iran.
