معرفي دو گونه زنبور پارازيتوييد بيد چغندرقند، Scrobipalpa ocellatella Boyd. (Lep.: Gelechidae) از مزارع استان خراسان رضوي

Introduction of two parasitoids of braconid wasps on the sugar beet moth, Scrobipalpa ocellatella Boyd. (Lep.: Gelechidae) from Khorasan-e-Razavi province

بيد چغندرقند، (Scrobipalpa ocellatella Boyd. (Lep.: Gelechidae از آفات اختصاصي انواع چغندر است. در اين تحقيق پارازيتوييدهاي آفت در منطقه جمع‎آوري و شناسايي شدند. به منظورشناسايي پارازيتوييدهاي اين آفت، از مزارع چغندرقند استان خراسان رضوي از اوايل تير لغايت پايان مهرماه 1389 نمونه‎برداري منظم انجام شد. لاروها و شفيره‎هاي بيد چغندرقند به‎همراه ريشه چغندرقند جمع‎آوري و در شرايط دمايي 2±25 درجه سلسيوس، رطوبت نسبي 5±65 درصد و 14 :10ساعت روشنايي: تاريكي تا زمان خروج حشرات كامل پارازيتوييدهاي احتمالي نگه‎داري شدند. اين نمونه‎ها به صورت روزانه براي جمع‎آوري پارازيتوييدها بررسي مي‎شدند. زنبورهاي خارج شده در الكل 75 درصد نگه‎داري شدند. در ميان نمونه‎ها دو گونه زنبور پارازيتوييد با نام علمي Bracon intercessor Nees وMicrochelonus subcontractus Abdinbekova از خانواده Braconidae مورد شناسايي قرار گرفت. اين گونه‎ها براي اولين بار از استان خراسان رضوي گزارش مي‎گردد. گونه اول پارازيتوييد لارو و گونه دوم پارازيتوييد لارو- شفيره است. نمونه‎هاي اصلي زنبورها در آزمايشگاه حشره شناسي دانشگاه شاهد تهران نگه‎داري مي‎شود.

The sugar beet moth, Scrobipalpa ocellatella Boyd. (Lep.: Gelechidae( is the specific pest of beet. The aim of the present study was to identify the Parasitoids of the moth. In this regard, sampling was conducted in Fields of Khorasan-e-Razavi Province during 2010 from early July until October. Larvae and pupa were collected along with tubers of sugar beet and then were reared under controlled conditions, 25±2°C, 65±5% Rh and 14L:10D until the emergence of parasitoid adults. Tubers were investigated daily and emerged parasitoids were collected. These parasitoids were put in alcohol 75°. In this study two species of larval parasitoids were collected and identified including Bracon intercessor Nees and Microchelonus subcontractus Abdinbekova and both of them belong to family Braconidae. B. intercessor is larval parasitoid and M. subcontractus is larva-pupal parasitoid. Paratype samples of the collected parasitoids are maintained in Laboratory of Entomology, Shahed University.
