بررسي نقش به‌كارگيري آموزش الكترونيكي در فرآيند تدريس و يادگيري از ديدگاه اعضا هييت علمي دانشگاه پيام‌نور مازندران

Assessing the Role of Applying E-Learning in the Training and Learning Process from Faculty Members΄ Point of View at Payam Noor University, Mazandaran

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش به‌كارگيري آموزشي الكترونيكي در فرآيند تدريس و يادگيري از ديدگاه اعضا هييت علمي دانشگاه پيام‌نور مازندران در سال 91 مي‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، ماهيت توصيفي و روش پيمايشي و جامعه آماري آن 300 نفر از استادان عضو هييت علمي دانشگاه پيام‌نور مازندران، كه تعداد 103 نفر با بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان و به‌ صورت تصادفي ساده به‌ عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته كه روايي صوري و محتوايي آن مورد تاييد متخصصان و پايايي آن از طريق بازآزمايي و آلفاي كرونباخ معادل 87/0 حاصل گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمون خي دو) انجام گرديد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه از ديدگاه اعضا هيات علمي دانشگاه پيام‌نور مازندران، آموزش برخط و حضوري، شبكه وب، ويديو كنفرانس، چندرسانه‌اي‌ها، آموزش از طريق موبايل، تلويزيون آموزشي و نوارهاي صوتي و تصويري در فرآيند ياددهي-يادگيري دانشجويان نقش دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: استادان و دانشجويان جهت ارتقا و بهبود كيفيت آموزشي و فرآيند ياددهي-يادگيري در مراكز دانشگاه پيام‌نور مازندران از ابزارهاي آموزش الكترونيكي معرفي شده بهره‌برداري نمايند.

Introduction: The present study reviews the role of employing E-learning in the teaching and learning process at Payam Noor University, Mazandaran province, Iran, from the faculty membersʹ point of view during 2012. Material & Methods: This study is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and survey in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of 300 faculty members. 103 persons were selected using the Kerjcie-Morgan table according by the simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts and its reliability was 0.87 according to retest and Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done by means of descriptive and inferential (chi-square test) statistics. Results: From the faculty membersʹ point of view, online and conventional training, internet, video-conference, multimedia, mobile based training and also training via TV and audio-video tapes are effective in the studentʹs learning-teaching process. Conclusion: Professors and students can employ introduced E-learning tools in order to promote and improve the educational quality and the teaching-learning process in Payam Noor University Centers of Mazandaran province.
