عوامل تاثيرگذار بر افزايش رضايت‌مندي يادگيرندگان از دوره‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي

Factors enhancing Learner Satisfaction in Electronic Learning Courses

با توجه به اينكه يادگيري الكترونيكي به‌عنوان يك روش جديد از آموزش، با سرعت زياد در سراسر جهان در حال رشد و توسعه است، توجه و سرمايه‌گذاري در فرايندهاي آموزشي با اين روش، جز ضروريات است. يادگيري الكترونيكي يك مدل يادگيرنده‌محور است كه يادگيرندگان را براي يافتن اطلاعات در زمان مطلوب و با سرعت شخصي كمك مي‌كند. يادگيري الكترونيكي، صرفاً استفاده از وسايل الكترونيكي و فناوري‌هاي جديد نيست و بايد در طراحي و تدوين اين دوره‌ها، به نظريه‌هاي تربيتي، اهداف آموزشي و ويژگي‌ها و خواست‌هاي يادگيرنده توجه ويژه داشت. يادگيري الكترونيكي چنانچه بخواهد روش آموزشي مفيدي باشد و در صحنه رقابت باقي بماند، بايد بتواند در بهبود عملكرد تحصيلي و رضايت‌مندي يادگيرندگان از روش‌هاي مرسوم، پيشي بگيرد. از آنجا كه رضايت‌مندي يادگيرندگان از دوره تحصيلي خود، يكي از عوامل تاثيرگذار در ماندگاري يادگيرندگان، عملكرد تحصيلي و جذب يادگيرندگان جديد در فرايند آموزش به‌ويژه يادگيري الكترونيكي است، در اين مقاله با هدف شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر افزايش رضايت‌مندي يادگيرندگان از دوره‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي، سعي شده با روش اسنادي-تحليلي، ضمن توضيح يادگيري الكترونيكي، مزايا و معايب آن و رضايت‌مندي، به معرفي اين عوامل تاثيرگذار بپردازد. عوامل تاثيرگذار عبارتند از دانش عملي و نظري و نگرش ياددهنده نسبت به يادگيري الكترونيكي و فناوري‌هاي جديد، نگرش، خودكارآمدي و اضطراب يادگيرنده نسبت به كامپيوتر و يادگيري الكترونيكي، مفيد بودن، ارزش، سازگاري و كيفيت رشته تحصيلي، تنوع و كاربرد آسان فناوري. در پايان پيشنهادهايي جهت افزايش ميزان رضايت‌مندي يادگيرندگان در سيستم‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي ارايه شده است.

Since E-learning is rapidly expanding in developing countries, it is important to note and invest on the related educational processes. E-learning is a learner-based model which enables learners to find information at personal pace and at the desired time. E-learning is not merely the use of electronic devices and modern technology. In designing such courses attention should be paid to educational aims and theories, and the characteristics and needs of the learners. To be a suitable educational method and to survive competition, E-learning should be able to improve educational performance and increase learner satisfaction compared with common modes of education. Learner satisfaction from the educational course is an influential factor in learner persistence, educational performance, and attracting new learners in educational processes, especially E-learning. Therefore, we aimed to determine the effective factors in increased learner satisfaction from E-learning courses. A documentary-analytical method has been used and after describing the E-learning process, its advantages and disadvantages and leaner satisfaction of this method have been assessed. The influential factors are scientific and theoretical knowledge and attitude of the educator towards electronic learning and new technologies, attitude, self-efficiency and the learnerʹs anxiety towards computers and electronic learning, and the variety and facilitated technology application. Ultimately, some suggestions have been presented for increasing learner satisfaction in E-learning systems.
