عوامل موثر بر الگوي رشد پراكنده شهرها با تاكيد بر كلانشهر مشهد

الگوي رشد شهري در جهت دستيابي به پايداري شهري از مباحثي است كه در دهه هاي اخير توجهات زيادي را به خود جلب كرده است. در اين راستا پراكنش شهري الگوي رشد بسياري از شهرها در دوره هاي گذشته بوده است كه از منظر پايداري شهري مورد انتقاد قرار گرفته و توجهات را به سمت و سوي الگوي فرم فشرده شهري معطوف نموده است. بديهي است در جهت جلوگيري از ادامه اين روند و هدايت شهر به سمت فرمي فشرده در وهله اول بايد علل اين رشد و عوامل تاثيرگذار بر آن شناسايي گردد. در اين راستا مقاله حاضر با روش تركيبي متكي به روشهاي تاريخي، توصيفي، تحليلي و اسنادي و با هدف بررسي و شناسايي عوامل موثر بر رشد و پراكنش شهري با تاكيد بر كلانشهر مشهد طي دهه هاي گذشته، علل مختلف موثر بر اين پراكنش را در پنج بعد عوامل طبيعي و جغرافيايي، عوامل اجتماعي، عوامل اقتصادي، عوامل سياسي و نقش دولت و عوامل برنامه ريزي و مديريت شهري شناسايي نموده است. بررسي اين عوامل در كلانشهر مشهد نشان داد كه هرچند در پاره اي موارد، محدوديت هاي طبيعي وجود داشته اما ساير عوامل اين محدوديت را زيرپا گذارده و همگي به نحوي در اين روند تاثيرگذار بوده اند. همچنين اين عوامل مي توانند بر يكديگر تاثيرات متقابل دارند و نمي توان تعيين نمود كه كداميك از عوامل بيشترين تاثير را دارند. بنابراين در جهت جلوگيري از ادامه اين روند، در برنامه ريزي هاي آتي شهر، بايد تمام اين ابعاد مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

In the present paper the method relies on a combination of historical methods, descriptive, analytical and documentation and aims to investigate and identify the factors influencing the growth and distribution with emphasis on metropolitan Mashhad city for decades, Various factors affecting the distribution in the five dimensions of natural causes geographic, social factors, economic factors, political factors and the role of state planning and urban management has been identified. These factors reviews showed that although the metropolitan Mashhad in some cases, there are natural limits but other factors, all of these restrictions violated shall have been so influential in this process. These factors are also can be the effects of each other and have mutual cannot be determined which of the factors are the most influence. So in order to prevent the trend continues, the future planning of the city, all these aspects must be considered.
