جهاني شدن و تاثيرات آن بر تحولات شهري

Globalization and its impact on urban development

شهرها در طول تاريخ به دليل اهميت اجتماعي و اقتصادي شان دچار تحولات گسترده اي شده اند و در دهه هاي اخير جهاني شدن موجب تحولات گسترده اي بر شهرها گرديده است. جهاني شدن بعنوان پديده اي فراگير ابعاد اقتصادي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و سياسي جامعه جهاني و به ويژه جامعه شهري را تحت تاثير قرار داده است. تحولات تكنولوژيك و سياسي نيم قرن اخير جهان را وارد عصر جديدي كرده است كه ويژگي برجسته آن كاهش سريع فاصله هاي زماني و مكاني، ادغام فزاينده نظام هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و سياسي جهان و رشد خيره كننده توليد و مصرف است. فرآيند جهاني شدن از يك سو و تاثير پذيري شهرها از اوضاع و احوال آن از سوي ديگر لزوم توجه به اثرات متقابل اين دو را گوشزد مي كند، جرياني كه براي شهرها بعنوان اصلي ترين و مهمترين سكونتگاه انساني بسيار حياتي مي نمايد. پژوهش حاضر در پي تبيين مفاهيم و ابعاد جهاني شدن و تاثيرات جهاني شدن بر تحولات شهري مي باشد. روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش توصيفي ـ تحليلي مي باشد. بررسي نظريات، ديدگاه ها، مفاهيم و مشخصات جهاني شدن نشان ميدهد كه جهاني شدن موجب قطبي شدن و گسترش نابرابري هاي فضايي، اجتماعي و ... در شهرها و ادغام گسترده نظام هاي اقتصادي در شهرها گرديده است.

Cities throughout history because of their social and economic developments have been extensive and in recent decades, globalization has led to development of a wide range of cities. Pervasive phenomenon of globalization as an economic, cultural, social, political and international community and especially the urban population is affected. Technological and political developments of the past half century, the world has entered a new era its outstanding feature is the rapid reduction in the distance of time and place, increasing integration of economic, social and political world and the stunning growth of production and consumption. The globalization process on the one hand and the other affected towns of the circumstances that attention should be paid to the interaction between the two, As the main stream for the city, and the most vital to human settlements. this study seeks to explain the concepts of globalization and the impact of globalization on urban development.
