ارايه الگويي براي ارزيابي و انتخاب تامين‌كنندگان (مطالعه موردي : صنايع چوب و كاغذ مازندران)

Presenting a Pattern for Assessing and Selecting the Suppliers (Case Study: Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries)

با توجه به حجم بالاي سرمايه‌گذاري در حوزه خريد و مشاركت با تامين‌كنندگان و استقرار زنجيره‌هاي تامين و نرخ بالاي شكست همكاري‌هاي تجاري، مي‌‌توان اطمينان يافت كه در صورت عدم دقت در انتخاب بهترين تامين‌كنندگان، اهداف تعريف شده براي سازمان‌ها در قالب زنجيره‌هاي تامين، حاصل نخواهند شد. در اين مقاله، ابتدا با بررسي و انجام مطالعات ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي، شاخص‌هاي به كار رفته در ارزيابي تامين‌كنندگان ديگر سازمان‌ها تعيين شده و طي يك نظرسنجي، اين شاخص‌ها براي شركت مورد مطالعه، بومي سازي شدند. از طريق پرسشنامه و مقايسات زوجي شاخص‌ها با يكديگر و به كمك روش AHP4 گروهي، وزن شاخص‌هاي مورد نظر معين گرديد و در ادامه، تامين‌كنندگان مختلف، مطابق با تكنيك TOPSIS5 و بر مبناي شاخص‌هاي موزون شده، رتبه بندي شدند. الگوي ارايه شده در ارزيابي تامين‌كنندگان شركت مورد مطالعه، كه تلفيقي از روش‌هاي AHP گروهي و تكنيك TOPSIS در يك فرآيند تصميم‌گيري بود، حاكي از قابليت تلفيق اين ابزارها در تامين خواسته‌هاي سازمان و دست يابي به يك الگوي مناسب براي تصميم‌گيري در خصوص تامين‌كنندگان مواد اوليه بود.

Considering high volumes of investments in purchasing domain and partnership with suppliers & establishment of supply chains and the high rate of commercial co-operations failures, we can be sure that in case of not paying enough attention in choosing the best suppliers, the described goals for organizations in the framework of supply chains will not be achieved. In this project, the indices used for assessing other organizations suppliers by reviewing and performing field studies and by an interview, these indices were domestication for the case study. By using questionnaires and couple comparisons of group AHP Approach, the weights of the desired indices were specified. Then, different suppliers were ranked based on TOPSIS and the coordinated indices. The presented model for assessing the above mentioned companyʹs suppliers, which is a combination of AHP methods & TOPSIS in a decision making process, indicated the capability of combining these tools in supplying the organizationʹs demands and accessing a suitable pattern for making decisions regarding suppliers of raw materials.
