بررسي وضعيت موجود شركت گاز استان اصفهان در پياده سازي مديريت بحران

Investigating the Present Situation of Isfahan Gas Company in Implementing the Crisis Management

چكيده هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي وضعيت موجود شركت گاز استان اصفهان در پيادهسازي مديريت بحران بوده كه در سال 1388 انجام شده است. به اين منظور، تعداد 5 سوال در دو حيطه سختافزاري شامل ساختار، استراتژي و امكانات و حيطه نرمافزاري شامل فرهنگ و آموزش مطرح گرديد. روش تحقيق، توصيفي- پيمايشي بوده و به شيوه ميداني انجام شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق، شامل مديران ارشد، مياني و عملياتي شركت گاز و حجم آن 70 نفر بوده است. بهعلت محدود بودن تعداد افراد جامعه آماري، همين تعداد بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگيري، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 35 پرسش بسته پاسخ و با طيف ليكرت بوده است كه روايي پرسشنامه مورد تاييد 0 بهدست آمد. / اساتيد راهنما و مشاور و كارشناسان شركت گاز قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، 81 در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. در سطح spss دادههاي جمعآوري شده با استفاده از نرمافزار توصيفي، از نمودار درصد، فراواني، ميانگين و انحراف معيار و در سطح استنباطي از آزمونهاي تي مستقل، تحليل واريانس و كايدو استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحقيق، ميزان آمادگي شركت گاز استان اصفهان در پيادهسازي مديريت بحران، از نظر مديران در حيطه 60 درصد فراوانيها) نشان داد. همچنين / 82 درصد فراوانيها) و در حيطه نرمافزاري نيز در سطح زياد ( 0 / سختافزاري را در سطح زياد ( 9 74 % و در مولفههاي مربوط به حيطه نرمافزاري، / 68 % و امكانات 3 / 81 %، استراتژي 6 / مولفههاي مربوط به حيطه سختافزاري، ساختار 4 58 % نشان داد. همچنين بر اساس نتايج جمعيتشناختي تحقيق، بين نظرات مديران در / 44 % و عامل آموزش را 6 / عامل فرهنگ 3 خصوص وضعيت موجود شركت گاز در پيادهسازي مديريت بحران بر حسب مدرك تحصيلي و سابقه خدمت، تفاوت معناداري وجود نداشت، اما در مورد عامل فرهنگ سازماني بين نظرات مديران بر حسب سابقه مديريت، اختلاف نظر وجود داشته است.

Abstract The purpose of this study has been investigating the present situation of Isfahan Gas Company in implementing the crisis management that has been conducted in 1388. Therefore, five questions proposed in two domains, hardware factors consisting of structure, strategy and equipment and the domain of software factors consisting of culture and education. The methodology of this study was descriptive and field tested. The statistical population consisted of top managers, middle managers and operational managers that estimated 70 people. Because of limitation of statistical population, all of society selected as simple statistical. The measuring tool was a scholar-made questionnaire consisting of 35 closed questions by Likert scale whose validity of questionnaire and its theoretical model have been investigated and established by thesis advisor and consultant and experts of Gas Company. The reality has been calculated by Cronbachs alpha index %81/3. Collected data was analyzed by the statistical software of SPSS in descriptive static and inferential statiscal used percentage, frequency, mean and deviation and inferential statistic, T-test, unilateral variation and ? ². The result of survey showed that the rate of Gas Company preparation in the implementation of crisis management from managers" view in hardware domain was high (%82/9 frequency) also in software it was high(60/0%frequency). And about factors in software domain structure was(%81/4), strategy(%68/6), equipment(%74/3) and about factors in software domain culture was(%44/3)and education(%58/6). Also according to the result of demography variables, there was no meaningful difference between managers" opinion about present situation of Gas Company in the implementation of Crisis management according to degree and service record, but concerning the factor of organizational culture, there was difference between managers" opinion according to the managers" experience.
