چكيده فارسي :
شهر نماد فرهنگ اجتماعي، مهم‌ترين مصرف كننده منابع طبيعي و توليدكننده بيشترين حجم آلودگي و پسماندهايي است كه بر زندگي انسان، طبيعت و همچنين ساختار شهرها اثر مي‌گذارد. شهر سالم محيطي با شرايط مطلوب اجتماعي، فيزيكي و زيست محيطي در حال توسعه با بهبود مستمر و خلاق است كه منابع عمومي و امكانات لازم براي حمايت متقابل و همكاري بين‌بخشي در انجام وظايف زندگي و توسعه حداكثري و استفاده بهينه توانايي‌ها را براي انسان فراهم مي‌كند. بر اساس توجه به كرامت انسان، پاكيزگي و بهداشت محيط، امنيت و ايمني، حفظ ارتباط با گذشته، زيبايي و تذكر معنويت، جلوگيري از آلودگي‌ها، سوانح و حوادث شكل مي‌گيرد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسي ويژگي‌هاي بهداشتي و زيست محيطي شهر سالم در آموزه‌هاي ديني بود. مطالعه توصيفي- اسنادي حاضر از طريق بررسي مستقيم موضوع و برداشت از متن و تفاسير قرآن، كتاب‌هاي حديثي و نرم‌‌افزارهاي مرتبط با آموزه‌هاي ديني فيش‌برداري و جمع‌بندي شد. خداوند به شهر سلامت و عافيت دعوت مي‌كند. شهري پاكيزه و خوش است و خدايي آمرزنده. خداوند پاك است و پاكيزگي را دوست دارد، بنابراين پاك و تميز باشيد؛ چرا كه به جز پاكيزگان كسي به بهشت نمي‌رود. خداوند آلوده كنندگان را دوست ندارد. بهترين محل براي سكونت جايي است كه داراي هواي تميز، آب گوارا و زمين نرم باشد. براي مردم سبا وجود باغ‌هايي در سمت چپ و راست محل سكونتشان را نشانه‌اي قرار داديم تا از نعمت‌هاي خدا لذت ببريد و سپاسگزار او باشيد. شما را به سوي بهسازي محيط فرا مي‌خواند. محيط داخلي و بيرون خانه را تميز كنيد. خاكروبه و پساب را در معابر و رودخانه نريزيد. برداشتن هر چيز آزار دهنده و زايد از راه مردم كار نيك و صدقه است. اسلام بر اهميت فراهم آوردن فضاي پاك و سالم براي زندگي و فعاليت انسان و مراقبت از پاكيزگي محيط شامل تمام جنبه‌هاي زندگي شهري تاكيد دارد. رعايت بهداشت وظيفه ديني است و خداوند به پاكي و پرهيز از هر گونه آلودگي فرمان داده و پاداش آن را مي‌دهد. آموزه‌هاي ديني، قوانين طبيعي و اصول بهداشتي و اجتماعي آن عواملي هستند كه به عنوان يك دين متمدن در شكل‌دهي و برنامه‌ريزي شهري و افزايش فضاي سبز مطابق با حفاظت محيط زيست و ارتقاي بهداشت نقش موثري ايفا مي‌كند.

Cities are the sign of social culture, the important user of natural resources, and producer of the most waste and pollutions, which can affect the people, environment, and also cities. A healthy city is one that is continually creating and improving physical, social, environmental circumstances. A healthy city is also costantly expanding its community resources, which enable people to support each other in performing all functions of life and developing to their maximum potential. The purpose of this study was to investigate the health and environmental characteristics of a healthy city in the religious teachings. This is a discriptive study. Data were collected from the, verses and interpretations of the Holy Quran, the hadith books, and softwareʹs related to the religious teachings. Allah invites to the abode of peace and guides those who follow the right path.They shall have the abode of peace with their Lord; a good land and a forgiving Lord. Allah is pure and he likes purity and cleanliness. Therefore, be pure and clean, because he who is not pure can never enter paradise. God does not like corruption. The best place for habitation is where there is clean air, drinking water, and farming land. We place for the people of Saba the gardens on the right and the left of their abode as a sign; eat of the sustenance of your lord and give thanks to him. It calls you toward environmental sanitation: sweep your courtyard, and clean the streets in front of your houses and shops. You are prohibited from emptying waste water into the street, in the river, or under a fruit tree. Removeing a harmful thing from the way of people is also charity. Islamʹs concern and care for environmental cleanliness includes all aspects of the urban environment. Good hygiene and abstaining from polluting are religious duty and are rewarded by God. Islam’s teachings, natural laws, health principals, and social principals are factors, which play decisive roles in the forming of the city, and promoting health in the city.
