بررسي نگرش كارشناسان مديريت جهاد كشاورزي شهرستان اصفهان پيرامون كاربرد فن‌آوري نانو در كشاورزي

Assessment of Isfahan Agricultural Management Organization, Iran, Experts’ Attitude Regarding Usage of Nanotechnology

مقدمه: فن‌آوري ‌نانو با كمك ابزارهاي جديد، توانايي دگرگون سازي صنايع غذايي و كشاورزي را دارد و مي‌تواند از اين ابزارها براي تشخيص رفتارهاي مولكولي بيماري‌ها، كشف سريع بيماري و افزايش توانايي گياهان براي جذب مواد غذايي استفاده كند. با توجه به كاربردهاي وسيع اين فن‌آوري در صنايع و بخش‌هاي مختلف، بخش كشاورزي از جمله مهم‌ترين عرصه‌‌هايي است كه با استفاده از دستاوردهاي فن‌آوري نانو، منافع زيادي را متوجه اين بخش خواهد نمود. با توجه به اهميت كاربردهاي اين فن‌آوري در بخش كشاورزي، مطالعه حاضر با موضوع بررسي نگرش كارشناسان مديريت جهاد كشاورزي شهرستان اصفهان پيرامون اين كاربردها در سال 1391 انجام گرديد. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي- همبستگي به روش مقطعي بود كه به روش سرشماري بر روي كارشناسان مشغول به فعاليت در مركز مديريت جهاد كشاورزي شهرستان اصفهان انجام شد. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي Pearson و آزمون‌هاي Mann-Whitney و Kruskal-Wallis به وسيله نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: ميانگين سني كارشناسان 5/36 سال با انحراف معيار 4/9 بود. بين متغيرهاي سن و سطح تحصيلات با نگرش كارشناسان رابطه معني‌داري وجود نداشت؛ در صورتي كه بين سابقه خدمت و تعداد دوره‌هاي آموزشي پيرامون فن‌آوري نانو كه كارشناسان در آن‌ها شركت نموده‌اند با نگرش آنان رابطه معني‌دار و معكوس وجود داشت. نتيجه‌گيري: از ديدگاه كارشناسان، فن‌آوري نانو سبب توليد موادي با خواص بهتر، هزينه كمتر و دوام بيشتر مي‌شود و همين طور فن‌آوري نانو رقيب ساير فن‌آوري‌ها نيست، بلكه مكمل و پايه آن‌ها است. نگرش كارشناسان در مواردي مانند "فن‌آوري نانو يك موج تكنولوژيكي گذرا و كم‌دوام به شمار مي‌آيد" و يا "فن‌آوري نانو و كاربردهاي آن، بيشتر جنبه تخيلي و غير واقعي دارد" منفي بود.

Background: Nanotechnology, with the help of new tools, has the ability to change food and agricultural industries. It can use these tools for diagnosing of molecular behavior of diseases, rapid disease detection, and increasing the ability of plants to absorb nutrients. This technology has widespread use in various industries and sectors, and agriculture is one of the most important fields that will benefit greatly from using the achievements of nanotechnology. Regarding the importance of the application of this technology in agriculture, this study examined attitudes of Isfahan Agricultural Jihad Organization experts on using this technology in Iran in 2012. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study using census sampling method on agricultural experts working in the Isfahan Agricultural Jihad Organization. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were approved. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS software version 19. Findings: Mean age of participants was 36.5 years with an SD of 9.4. There was no significant relationship between age and education level of experts, with their attitude. However, there was a significant inverse relationship between work experience and training on nanotechnology, with the experts’ attitude. Conclusion: From the experts’ viewpoint, with nanotechnology materials with improved properties, lower costs and more durability can be produced. Moreover, nanotechnology is a complementary and base to other technologies and not competing force. Experts had negative views on some cases such as "nanotechnology is a transient and weak technological wave" and "nanotechnology and its applications are largely imaginary and unrealistic".
