مطالعه عوامل سازماني موثر در بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات توسط مديران مياني بيمارستان‌هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران

The Study Of Organizational Factors Affecting The Application Of Information Technology‌ By Middle Managers In TUMS Hospitals

زمينه و هدف: يكي از مهمترين دلايل تمايز سازمانها از يكديگر، درجه بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات توسط آنها در فعاليت‌هاي سازماني است. از مهمترين عواملي كه در بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات نقش دارد، عوامل سازماني است مانند منابع سازماني، دانش سازماني، فرايندها، ساختار مديريتي، ارزش‌ها و اهداف كه همگي بر ميزان پذيرش و كاربرد سازمانها از اين فناوري تاثير مي‌گذارند. لذا هدف اين پژوهش، تعيين ميزان تاثير عوامل ذكرشده در بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات توسط مديران مياني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران مي‌باشد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه بصورت توصيفي-تحليلي و از نوع مقطعي است كه در سال 1389 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را در اين مطالعه تعداد 110 نفر از مديران مياني بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران تشكيل مي‌دادند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي و پايايي آن قبل از انجام مطالعه تاييد گرديد. تعداد 89 نفر پرسشنامه را تكميل كردند و عودت دادند كه در نتيجه ضريب پاسخ دهي برابر 80 درصد بود. يافته‌ها : افراد شركت كننده در مطالعه 9/62% مرد و 1/37% زن بودند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين منابع سازماني، دانش سازماني، فرايندها، ساختار مديريتي، ارزش‌ها و اهداف با بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد(01/0p < ). نتيجه‌گيري: عوامل سازماني از مهمترين عوامل در بكارگيري فناوري اطلاعات مي‌باشد كه مديران مياني سازمان‌ها و كارشناسان امر بايد به جنبه‌هاي مهم و تاثيرگذار آن توجه داشته باشند و در صدد برطرف كردن آنها برآيند.

Background and Aim: One of the most important reasons why organizations are distinguished from each other is the extent to which each applies information technology. Among the most important factors playing a role in the application of information technology are organizational factors such as organizational resources, organizational knowledge, processes, management structure, values and goals; all these elements affect the level of information technology acceptance and application. Therefore, this study aims to determine the degree to which the above-mentioned elements can affect the application of information technology by middle managers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) teaching hospitals. Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive-analytic study conducted in 2010. The subjects comprised 110 middle managers of TUMS teaching hospitals. The data-collection instrument was a questionnaire structured by the researchers, and its validity and reliability were confirmed prior to the study. The response rate was 80%. Results: The participants consisted of 56 (62.9%) males and 33 (37.1%) females. The findings of the study showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between organizational resources, organizational knowledge, processes, management structure, values and goals on the one hand and the application of information technology in TUMS hospitals on the other (p < 0.01). Conclusion: The results show that organizational factors have a considerable impact on the application of information technology. Besides, managers and experts should consider the important aspects and effects of these organizational factors. Key words: Organizational Factors, Information Technology, Managers
