معرفي روش جديد ارزيابي سريع لرزه‌اي ساختمان‌ها و كاربرد آن در مديريت بحران

Introducing New Method for Rapid Visual Screening of the Buildings and Application in the Crisis Management

چكيده ارزيابي سريع آسيب‌پذيري لرزه‌اي به‌منظور شناسايي سريع و كم هزينه آسيب‌پذيري ساختمان‌هاي موجود صورت مي‌پذيرد و با استفاده از نتايج آن و با بهره‌گيري از تكنيك GIS مي‌توان اطلاعات مديريت بحران يك شهر يا منطقه را تكميل نمود. در اين مقاله روشي جديد، جامع و كارآمد در ارزيابي سريع لرزه‌اي ساختمان‌ها معرفي مي‌گردد، به‌طوري كه در ادامه با استفاده از نتايج اين روش و مطالعه موردي منطقه مورد بررسي از كلان شهر اصفهان ميزان آسيب‌پذيري ساختمان‌هاي آن برآورد گرديده و با بهره‌گيري از تكنيك GIS جهت اقدامات پيش از بحران و پس از بحران مورد استفاده قرار مي‌گيرد.

Abstract Rapid screening of seismic vulnerability is conducted for quick and cost-effective identification of existing buildings and the crisis management information of a city or area can be completed using its results and the application of GIS techniques. This paper introduces a new, comprehensive and efficient method in rapid seismic screening of buildings in a manner in which using the results of this method and case study of the desired area of the Metropolitan city of Isfahan, the vulnerability of its buildings have been estimated and with the application of GIS techniques, pre and post crisis measures can be taken.
