Explanation of Meritocracy System Based on Islamic Culture

بررسي و تحليل وضعيت كنوني كشور، نشاندهنده عدم استقرار كامل نظام شايسته سالاري به معناي دقيق آن است. از اين رو محقق بر آن است با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي، نظام شايسته سالاري مبتني بر فرهنگ اسلامي را تبيين كند. در همين راستا با بيان ريشه‌ها و عوامل اصلي و تاثيرگذار بر نظام شايسته سالاري اسلامي و مبنا قرار دادن آنها الگوي نظام شايسته سالاري مبتني بر فرهنگ اسلامي ارايه شده است.

: Evaluation and analysis of the present condition of the country, shows lack of appropriate establishment of the system of meritocracy. Because of this the researcher by using descriptive-analytical ways, explains meritocracy system based on Islamic culture. In doing so , by stating the roots and the main and the effective factors in Islamic Meritocracy, the pattern of the meritocracy system based on Islamic culture is presented. The results of the study then shows in order to explain the system of meritocracy based on Islamic culture, the main factors in relation to it should be considered. The main factors include prophetic mission (being close to God), general outcomes (cultural, financial, political, social), analysis of the condition (inner and outer) and general strategies (Religious, ethical, financial, political and scientific).
