بررسي نقش جهت‌گيري اجتماعي بر رفتار اخلاقي با توجه به نقش ميانجي نوعدوستي

Mediating Role of Altruism between Social Behavior Orientation and Moral Behavior

مقدمه: هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش جهت گيري اجتماعي بر رفتار اخلاقي با توجه به نقش ميانجي نوعدوستي بود. روش: 407 دانشجوي دانشگاه تبريز با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌هاي رفتار اخلاقي لوزير، جهت گيري اجتماعي هريسون و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در زمينه نوعدوستي استفاده شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه با افزايش جهت گيري اجتماعي و افزايش نوعدوستي به عنوان متغير ميانجي بر ميزان رفتار اخلاقي افزوده مي‌شود. علاوه بر اين، به موازات افزايش جهت گيري اجتماعي بر ميزان نوعدوستي افزوده مي‌شود. يافته‌هاي حاصل از تحليل مسير نشان داد كه جهت گيري اجتماعي مي‌تواند به‌طور مستقيم بر رفتار اخلاقي تاثير گذارد و يا اين كه تاثيرگذاري به صورت غيرمستقيم با ميانجي‌گري نوعدوستي صورت گيرد.

Introduction: The present study aimed to investigate the role of social orientation on moral behavior, regarding the mediating role of altruism. Method: Through a random multi-stage cluster method, 407 students were selected from Tabriz University. Participates answered Lussier Moral Behavior Inventory, Harrison social orientation questionnaire, and a researcher-made questionnaire on altruism. Results: Results showed that the more social orientation increases, the more is moral behavior. On the other hand, by increasing of altruism, as a mediating variable, moral behavior is increased. Furthermore, as social orientation rises, altruism is enhanced. Besides, findings of path analysis through regression analysis revealed that social orientation could have a direct effect on moral behavior or it could indirectly influence it through the mediating role of altruism. In addition, results obtained by multiple regression method suggested that both altruism and social orientation could predict part of the changes observed in moral behavior in a compound manner.
