نوشتار حاضر، به مباني سلامت، بهداشت و پزشكي در قرآن مي‌پردازد. نويسنده با برشمردن برخي از مباني بهداشت و سلامت نشان داده كه قرآن براي بيان جزييات مقوله سلامت و پزشكي مردم نازل نشده است و امكان عقلي آن نيز وجود ندارد، ولي كليات و مباني و اصول آنها را بيان كرده است؛ زيرا اين اصول و مباني در راستاي هدايت انسان است. هدايت مردم زماني ميسر است كه مردم سالم و تندرست باشند. جامعه‌اي بيمار جامعه راكد است، اما دين اسلام دين حركت و رشد و بالندگي است، به عبارت ديگر، سلامت، در متن دين نهفته است كه از برخي آيات و احاديث استفاده مي‌توان آن را به اثبات رساند. در اين مجموعه به برخي مباني مانند: عدم توجه به بهداشت مساوي با مرگ تدريجي، امر به معروف در مسيله بهداشت، بدن ابزاري براي روح، ميانه‌روي در بهداشت، رشد علوم پزشكي و عدم تسلط دشمن، بدن در تسخير روح و... اشاره شده است. كليد واژگان: قرآن، مباني، بهداشت، سلامت، پزشكي.

The foundations of hygiene and health in the Quran Dr. Hosein Ali Alai Medical doctor and graduate of the expert of interpretaion Hasan Reza Rezai M.A of the Qur??nic Sciences and Hadith Abstract The current paper deals with the foundations of health and hygiene in the Quran. The writer while counting part of the foundations of health and hygiene holds that the holy Quran is not revealed to comprise details of the health and medical issues, but includes principles and foundations pertaining to medical knowledge; for the given principles and foundations are in the course of human guidance. The healthy people are more capable of receiving guidance. The society whose inhabitants are ill is a stagnant and motionless society. But Islam is the religion of motion, dynamism and development. In other word, health is hidden within the religion that can be deduced from many verses and traditions. They include the instructions and imperatives as follows: paying no attention to one’s health is tantamount to one’s gradual death, everyone should enjoin hygiene and cleanliness, body is an instrument for the spirit, keeping moderation in health care issues, the development of medical sciences and the non-dominance of enemies, body remains under the dominance of spirit and... .
