بررسي نقش و ساختار انگيزش در يادگيري زبان خارجي بر اساس مدل پردازش اطلاعات (مطالعه موردي شركت پايانه‌هاي نفتي ايران)

The Study of Motivation Role and Structure in Learning a Foreign Language Based on Information Processing Model (Case Study of Iranian Oil Terminals Company)

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش و ساختار انگيزش در يادگيري زبان خارجي، در راستاي معرفي مدل پردازش اطلاعات به عنوان رويكرد و مقياسي نو در سنجش انگيزش زبان خارجي است. به اين منظور 250 تن از كاركنان شركت‌كننده در دوره‌هاي آموزش زبان انگليسي در شركت پايانه‌هاي نفتي ايران كه با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گيري مورگان و به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده بودند، به پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته كه بر اساس مدل برگرفته تدوين شده بود، پاسخ دادند. در اين پژوهش، براي روايي آزمون از روايي محتوايي، براي پايايي از آلفاي كرونباخ، و براي تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون تي‌تك‌نمونه‌اي استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل نشان داد؛ مقدار تي به‌دست آمده براي مراحل سه‌گانه مدل پردازش اطلاعات معني‌دار است. طبق يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق، شركت‌كنندگان در مرحله درونداد از سطح انگيزش بالا، در مرحله پردازش مركزي از سطح انگيزشي متوسط، و در مرحله برونداد از انگيزش كمي در يادگيري زبان خارجي برخوردار بوده‌اند.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role and structure of motivation in learning a foreign language in order to introduce the model of information processing as a new approach and scale to evaluate the motivation of foreign languages. For this purpose, two hundred and fifty participant employees of the Iranian Oil Terminals Company enrolled in the English language training courses were selected by using Morganʹs table and the random sampling methods. These participants answered the researcherʹs questionnaire, which was based on the mentioned model. In this study, content validity was used to test validity, Cronbachs alpha coefficient to test perpetuity and one sample T-test for data analyzing. The results of the analysis showed that the T-value obtained for triple stages of Information Processing Model is significant. According to the results of this research participants have desirable motivation in input stage, medium level in the central processing stage and little motivation for learning a foreign language in output stage.
