بررسي ارتباط مفهومي سرمايه اجتماعي و كيفيت زندگي در محيط شهري (نمونه موردي: شهر جديد پرديس)

Conceptual Relationship Between Social Capital and Quality of Life in Urban Environments (Case Study: Pardis New Town)

سرمايه اجتماعي مفهومي نسبتاً جديد در حوزه علوم اجتماعي است كه به‌سرعت جايگاه خود را در حوزه‌هاي ديگري چون پزشكي، روان‌شناسي، اقتصاد، سياست، برنامه‌‌ريزي شهري، و ... پيدا كرده است. اين مفهوم، به‌خصوص‌‌، در ارتباط تنگاتنگي با كيفيت زندگي قرار دارد. اين ارتباط مي‌‌تواند دروازه ورود مفهوم سرمايه اجتماعي به برنامه‌‌ريزي شهري باشد. موضوع اساسي، در اين زمينه، نحوه سنجش سرمايه اجتماعي و كيفيت زندگي در شهر و به‌خصوص‌‌ سطح محلات شهري است. در اين پژوهش بر آنيم تا با ارايه روشي به اندازه‌‌گيري ميزان سرمايه اجتماعي و همچنين ميزان كيفيت زندگي شهروندان، البته از بعد ذهني، بپردازيم و ارتباط اين مفاهيم را بررسي نماييم. به اين منظور، شهر جديد پرديس، به‌عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه، انتخاب شده است. نتايج كلي بررسي، كه با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون به‌دست آمده، نشان‌دهنده ارتباط معني‌‌دار و قابل قبول اين دو مفهوم در سطح شهر پرديس است.

Social capital is a relatively new concept in social sciences that quickly has found its position in other fields such as medicine, psychology, economics, politics, urban planning, etc. This concept is particularly associated with the quality of life. This relationship can be considered as a gateway of the concept of social capital to the urban planning. The essential point in this context is how to measure social capital and quality of life in cities and especially in the urban neighborhoods. This paper has attempted to provide a method to measure social capital and subjective quality of life of citizens and then examined the relationship between these concepts. For this purpose, Pardis new town has been selected as a sample. The overall results which are obtained by using the Pearson correlation coefficient, showed a significant and acceptable relationship between these two concepts in Pardis.
