كار و زمان در منشورِ شعر و كارِ كارستانِ پروين (1285 – 1320)

Work and Time in the Charter of Poem and Work of Parvin

مقاله حاضر با اشاره‌اي به شعر، به‌مثابه ابزاري براي كشف واقعيات رواني زندگي آدميان، آغاز مي‌شود و با پيشينه پژوهش به زندگي‌نامه و اظهارات نويسندگان و شعراي ايران درباره پروين و گام‌هاي مقدماتي مربوط به طرح مسيله كار در سروده‌هاي پروين اعتصامي مي‌پردازد. آن‌گاه مقاله با عناويني نظير وفور واژگاني كار و تركيبات آن در اشعار پروين، جدايي گفتار از كردار و كار، هستي در كار، تشويق به تلاش و صبوري در كار، نكوهش تنبلي و تن‌پروري، «رفوگري وقت» (فرصت‌اندوزي و مديريت زمان)، انواع كار، كار بي‌رويه، كاركردهاي كار، كارآموزي و آموزش كار، لزوم همكاري كار گروهي و كار تخصصي، و همكاري به شيوه دگرياري ادامه مي‌يابد و سرانجام به ‌نقش مور، نماد كوشندگي در شعر پروين، و به آسيب‌شناسي فرهنگ كار و دلايل شگفتي خود از كارِ به‌هنگام وي در زمانه نابه‌هنگام مي‌پردازد و پژوهشگران ايراني را به كاوش در سرچشمه‌هاي انديشه پروين تشويق مي‌كند.

Here poem is conceived as an instrument for discovering psychic realities of life. Regarding research background this article takes in to account the biography and statements of Iranian poets and authors about Parvin Etesami and the concept of work in her poems. Then it is followed by titles such as plurality of this concept and its compounds, essence in working, encouraging attempts and tolerance in working, condemning laziness, time management, types of working, wasteful working, functions of working, apprenticeship and work training, necessity of team working and professional working and also collaboration in the shape of helping others. Finally the role of ant as sample of attempting in Pravinʹs poets is studied. Finally the paper concentrated on vulnerability of working culture and the greatness of her work; all as an encouragement for Iranian researchers to explore the thoughts of Parvin Etesami.
